I took the screens I needed repaired and also made a request for additional new ones in the morning, and by the later afternoon I received a call that Barry was done!

“Came into the store very late in search of a gooseneck Coupler lock. There wasn’t one on the shelf So I asked one of the employees walking by if he could check in the back for me. We double check the shelf area & he told me give him a few minutes & he’d be right back to me. Two minutes later, he came back out with exactly what I needed To secure my dump trailer on a work site tomorrow. David was very helpful And even though he was busy with another task, he still took out the time to help & I really appreciated that !”

“I just wanted to leave the fantastic employees at Lennox Parts Plus an excellent review. I knew absolutely nothing about my daughter's unit and what parts it would need. Jason and Karen were great and explained to me what parts I needed to be able to get her air-conditioner back on line again. They have such a vast inventory there and they were able to send me back to my daughter's home with all that I needed within minutes. They showed such great customer service and such knowledge. There was another young lady there, but I didn't catch her name. She was very helpful as well. I will definitely be spreading the praise. A big THANK YOU, to all the wonderful employees.”
“Bi-lingual staff. Tons of handheld name brand tools all battery usage - lawn mower, circular saws, chain saws, drills etc... patio sets and so much more. “This is my "go-to" for all home needs. I am not sure there is a department I have not needed to visit at some time or another to accommodate our needs at home, inside and out. The isles are well thought out. Wide for passing with shopping baskets, the flow of one department into another, and rows of items positioned next to the rows of items that support them (i.e. paint brushes next to paint, or rakes and fertilizer next to plants). All staff are friendly and accommodating. Their general and vast knowledge combined make my life easier when I go not quite knowing just what it is I need for my project. This store is a staple for us”

You have your random employees that don’t really care too much, BUT are 10 times more helpful than Lowe’s employees, and that’s just a fact.
I feel like this home depot is darker inside and a bit more crowded, however it usually has what I need so there is that!”

Things had been changed around and she could see I had questions. She was so nice and kind especially since it was early in the morning.
