My uncle has PTSD and doesn't do well in public but this guy was patient with him and made sure he understood all his options and had everything he needed before we left. “I was in a real bind with my Samsung phone—moisture error preventing charging—and after checking three other places (one couldn't even test it, and two were closed/out of business), I ended up at Slick Phone Repair. RJ was the only one there, handling a steady stream of customers while working on my phone, and he never made anyone feel rushed. He diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed the charging port problem, and even replaced my cracked screen and properly glued everything back together—all in about an hour, with no extra charge for the screen work. Throughout, he kept me updated positively on progress and time estimates, even with all the interruptions. I was so relieved because I rely on my phone for work, and waiting there was no problem thanks to his friendly, professional attitude. Great service, honest pricing, and real skill. “I dropped my iPhone this morning while getting out of the car and cracked the screen. I took it here to get the screen replaced. The gentleman there was very courteous and explained what was goingn to happen. Within 20-25 minutes he replaced the screen and my iPhone is working again. I highly recommend this location.”

“I read the reviews before I came here, and called before I headed over there and on the phone I forgot who I talked to but she was really friendly and really helpful and then I went in and it was a totally different experience than the negative comments I read in the reviews. I met with the same lady I talked to on the phone with she was very nice very very helpful I still have to go back and get a phone because I couldn't get the cash but she even gave me a charger before I left because I told her what was happening with my phone and I'm sure that charger wasn't cheap it's like a turbocharger. And I was going to write a good review before she even gave me the charger and that just topped everything off and now my phone is working perfectly after I tried multiple chargers this is the only one that would charge it and she gave it to me free of charge. I'm definitely coming here for all my T-Mobile needs while I'm in fort Worth. I studied the place while I was in there different employees working with different customers and everyone was really chill and seemed very helpful I didn't see one aggravated customer, and I did ask about the reviews and even mentioned that this place is a lot better than some of these reviews made it out to be and come to find out one of the really long bad reviews on here somebody put down and it wasn't even this isn't even the right store they wrote a wrong review for this store thinking it was the another store but I highly recommend this place for your customer service.”
