My uncle has PTSD and doesn't do well in public but this guy was patient with him and made sure he understood all his options and had everything he needed before we left. When my phone screen first started flashing a little, then the top 3rd would not operate, then the bottom 2/3rds went solid green and the top flashing crazy images. Here it was six thirty on saturday night and I was freaking out that my lifelines was going dead. I called Dr. Phone Repair and they said come on and in 30 minutes my phone was better than new.
