Will explained to me that this app was trying to take over my phone. Fortunately, he knew what to do. He removed the app and corrected any damage it might have caused. “I had such a great in-store experience. Lyra and Austin literally saved my job this morning. Every year at the exact same time my Spectrum Internet goes down for weeks on end. I’m in sales and work from home so I needed a quick resolution (one that Spectrum couldn’t provide). I went into the store for their WiFi home internet. They set everything up for me in the store and it was so incredibly easy once I got home. My smart home was back up and running within 15 minutes of arriving home. All I did was plug it in. So easy. So cheap. No contracts. I was worried about connectivity, but no issues so far. Old tv, new tv, ring, baby monitor, laptops, everything works. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the product.”

He helped me find the right speakers for my vehicle, gave me the quote that was well within my budget but couldn't seal the deal because the installation guys appear to have bankers hours and are barely or in this situation NOT even there on the weekends... This makes no sense.
I'm sad that Tristan could only go so far, practically gave me everything I needed to make an informed decision, but couldn't complete the transaction. Not his fault. He is a rock star! Installation...do better. You're losing money! Now, I have to take my business elsewhere.”

“Chase at the T-Mobile store in Arlington provided exceptional customer service.
We came in around 6:30 PM needing to upgrade four phones, and he also took the time to walk us through different options for upgrading our fifth phone. Even though the store closed at 8:00 PM, Chase stayed focused and worked with us all the way through closing to make sure everything was set up correctly and that we understood our options.
He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never made us feel rushed, even though we were there late in the day with multiple devices.
That kind of service is rare.
Chase represented T-Mobile extremely well, and I hope his leadership recognizes the effort he put into making sure our family left taken care of.
