It’s very convenient with a lot of main streets around the complex, and the apartments seem to be very well kept. As soon as I applied, I was met with exceptional customer service from America, she was super helpful and she made my moving process smooth!”

“I have been living here for about 6 months now. This is a place I can call home for me and my family. We live in a Two bedroom, one bath, and it is very spacious. The apartment complex themselves are maintained and very quiet. Before I even moved in, up till now I have nothing but positive to say about the apartments. Especially the Front office and Mr. Gerardo (The maintance man). I was originally suppose to stay in the original apartment complex before moving here, but some things happened and it put my in a slight panic due to me needing to keep a roof over my family's head. I called Palm Bluff at around 4:00PM on a Thursday. I was greeted by Mr. Benjamin. He stayed in communications with me for majority of the evening, assisting and offering reassurance on any questions/Concerns I had. At any point he could have told me to call back the next day because they close at 5 or whatever the case could have been, but he didn't. He made myself, and my family feel so welcomed to the property. The moving process was so quick and simple, again, thanks to him. They even helped with the notice process for the previous complex. At any point did I or my wife ever feel like a inconvenience to them. I recently went through some personal things, and it was communicated to them. Again, After 6 months of living here. He reassured us of any concerns we had. Staying here has been amazing.
Mr. Gerardo is always on his A game. If you see him walking the property he will greet you with a smile and wave. I haven't had major issues, but even with minor issues. He has shown up the day of and fix whatever the issue is. He's very quick, responsive and attentive to the property. We had a minor issue on a weekend, I messaged the apartment to just give them a heads up, but it was something that could have waited till Monday....but no, Gerardo was there on Saturday to fix it with no hesitation. I can't be more thankful for them all.”

“I’ve really enjoyed living at Cinnamon Ridge. The staff here are super friendly and always willing to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The community is clean and quiet, and I feel safe and comfortable here. Maintenance is usually pretty quick, and the office team does a great job keeping the community informed about what’s going on. Overall, it’s been a really nice place to call home! If you are thinking about renting here DO IT! :)”

“All though the parking is $35 for one spot each, so in total we do pay almost $70 in parking space. We can say that, the apartments are more clean, we no longer deal with insects, trash is picked up, the complex is clean, and maintenance comes and fixes everything ASAP.

“I been here for one year already, I left two bad reviews in the past I guess owner erased it i don’t know and i don’t care no more, I’ll put 4 stars for right now can be 5 or 1 depends on the next 5 months of the new lease , my first complaint was a guy who was trying to steal, but owner handled it because i haven’t seen this guy no more, second complaint was the security of the place a neighbor was catch from my cameras stealing my truck keys after my husband forgot the keys outside the door instead of knock the door and return it they decided to steal my truck, I got my truck back but they still have my keys and there is no cameras with good angles in the parking lot so we can’t point on nobody but the owner is going to let me put my own security cameras in the parking lot so we will be more safe if something happens from now on at least police will found the criminals, right now they are remodeling the apartments something good for new residents and us, again I’ll update about safety and how is the place even if they erase my bad reviews I’ll come back to review it again and again this review is not negative but like I said for right now is 4 stars before I leave this place can be 5 or 1 depending on my safety i hope owner keep his word to let me put my security cameras the way i want is been to much in one year.”
