“I can't say enough about harbor freight. Like come on yall, this place is awesome. If I could suggest anything, I'd wish they had longer hours. Even an hour more in the evening would be awesome. My local store is closed at 9pm. The shopping strip has stores open as late as 10pm and would be nice if more stores in the strip stayed open until 10pm. Nonetheless, I love this store. They have the best prices and the return policy is the best. I've only had to return 2 things but it was so easy. They took the item and exchanged it quickly for a new working one. I love the battery packs, can't beat the price for amount. Love my shop vac. Love my rotary tool with all the attachments. Love the deals to get more! Love the free item and coupons. Love the staff! “I am 75 years old, own two rental properties, and shop Home Depot on Fairmont Parkway regularly. When my daughter or granddaughter are available, they often look stuff up for me to make it easier for me to find. Today they were not available, and I needed a gate hinge, and angle shelf supports. I saw a young female employee on the isle where I thought the gate hinge would be and showed her a photo of the hinge, I needed to match the one I had bought some time ago. She pointed to the endo of that isle where gate hinges were. I also showed her the broken shelf support in my pocket and, without looking at her little computer, she told m the isle AND the bin where I would find it. I was impressed, to say the least. After locating the shelf supports I needed, I returned to that isle to find the gate hinge. I had bought the one in the photo from Home Depot but did not see it on the shelf. All the hinges hanging there were smaller than the one I needed. The same employee saw me looking, came to my aid, dug under the counter, and found the hinge I needed. I asked her name: Kaylee (probably misspelled). Please tell her thank you for being so helpful.”
