“As far as this location they were fantastic. As far as tractor supply shipping and the customer service ITS HORRIBLE!!!! I purchased dog food for delivery as I about a week or so out from being empty. I was given a reminder on Monday saying my item is expected to be delivered the next day. It wasn't, I waited another day. It wasn't I looked at the fed ex tracking just to see item is damaged and deemed undeliverable. I sat on hold for 68 min with customer service and decided to come up here the team member although they don't really deal with shipping orders tried to contact customer service approximately 35min later still not able to get a hold of customer service the store manager said just come here and I'll make it right. Thank you sir, wish corporate wouldn't put you in those situations.”

“I have shopped here for the better part of 9 years, and the only reason I don't give 5 stars is the inconsistency of customer service and/or inventory stock.
Most of the CSRs are friendly enough, knowledgable enough, and helpful enough...the ones that aren't usually don't bother interacting with customers.
One notice I would give to the store's management: It can be a little off-putting to have your cashier playing with a butterfly knife and complaining that store policy prevents employees from carrying a firearm while on duty...all while checking out customer purchases.”
