“The cleanest and most organized store out of all the ones in the Houston area. It's brightly lit. There is room to move. The staff is nice. There is so much variety when it comes to options. I have been to other locations where it is room and gloom.
The only downside is coming on the weekends when it is super busy, lines are long and parking is horrendous.”
“I am extremelyy pleased with this location instead of the other Walmart on FM 518 on the east side of 288 (which is so crowded and takes a long time to drive into or find anything). This location in Shadow Creek is slightly smaller but suits me perfectly as it's easier to find items. Customer Service is excellent with the cashiers and employees in the aisles responding to instantly, efficiently, and cheerfully. When I stopped and asked one of the employees where copier paper was, she personally took me all the way to the aisle - which is amazing because it's rare these days and therefore greatly appreciated! This is my go-to store now!”
“I just wanted to give credit to Lisa in the men's fragrance department for all her help and knowledge on the fragrances I was interested in and had questions about. It was 8:45pm when I got to the store, and she treated me like we had all day to talk. I went in with a particular fragrance in mind. I purchased that one, and while she helped me make the purchase, she told me all about the other ones I had questions on. Top notch service never rushed or asked if I could hurry up.when I finally left the store, it was 9:12pm. Would highly recommend this store for the personal service received. “I love you guys I enjoy home goods , useful stuff, and I have a purple obsession when I positively decide on something to go back I stay walking distance. The rest of the retail mostly Clothes and fashion I only go out doing family birthdays and holidays everywhere else Is too casual and most my work experience was uniform. Only when I was a student it gave me focus with my wardrobe following dress codes , without wearing the same thing ,or getting Jon by bullies. Just be grateful I been graduated or it’s worse nowadays with school shootings in the future what if they do the same thing at airports”

“This Dillard’s definitely does have a variety of clothing to choose from and pretty good sized Dillard’s’s. Last time I went, I was alone and I was trying on some dresses and there was an employee who was working in the ladies section and I was trying on some dresses and needed help with the zipper. She would zip it up for me and disappear for like 20 minutes and then come back and I’d still be in the dress with no one in sight so it took me a very long time to try on six dresses because I had to wait in between. The store is usually clean overall good location.”

It’s hard to find people to work with my texture of hair and she was fantastic. She took good care of my hair and scalp. I felt so relax. She treated, trim and two strand twist my hair.
