“Have purchased 2 PCs through Ironside now, first one lasted me 5+ years before I decided to upgrade. Second one is running wonderfully a year and a half later, and the custom Retrowave case is gorgeous. Had to contact their customer service for a performance issue I was experiencing, assuming my graphics card might be having problems. Not only did they diagnose the issue immediately over the phone (BIOS update required), Mackenzie talked me through everything and waited until the update was done to ensure I was good to go. Have to say it’s wonderful spending money with a business that stands behind their products AND is willing to help you out after the sale is done. I’ll 100% be buying my next computer through Ironside.
Wanted to edit my review: after attempting to resolve my issue, turns out I had a hardware problem. Mackenzie got my scheduled for repair and they got it back to me a week and a half later, standing behind their 3 year parts warranty! Still extremely pleased with the customer service.”

“I went to look at trying some makeup after having not worn makeup in a while. Fe happened to be finishing up with a customer and spent a good amount of time with me. She explained all the matching and products very well. She was kind and patient and I appreciate the care she took in addressing my needs. I came home with a few products to help me look put together without looking overly done. I’m so happy I stopped here.”
“Donald is an outstanding General Manager! I had an unusual situation where I needed a receipt reprinted for work, and he went above and beyond to help me. Donald patiently spent time with me over the phone, asking all the right questions and never making me feel like a burden. He researched, kept me updated with multiple follow-up calls, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to resolving the issue.
In the end, we discovered that the receipt had to come directly from FedEx and wasn’t in the Office Depot system, which was entirely my mistake. But instead of being frustrated, Donald was truly happy that I’d be able to resolve it. His professionalism, kindness, and customer-first attitude made a stressful situation easy, and I so appreciate the time and care he gave.
I highly recommend Donald as a human being. He is a fantastic example of what customer service and leadership should look like. I honestly wish there were more people like Donald in the world!”

“Chaotic and overstimulating. This was my first time ever in an Apple Store although I’ve had their products for years. There’s tons of staff but NO organization, NO clear signs on where to go. After asking a random employee where do I go I was told to wait and someone would approach me. JUAN was excellent, he answered all questions I had and explained the battery replacement process. I did NOT expect a 3 hour wait estimation for my phone repair. And it took every minute. Again, even picking up my phone—it was not clear where to go or how to “check in”. Just get HUGE signs, Apple! I’m surprised a company this large has such unorganized operations in store.
Even on a Wednesday there were so many people, even an Apple Camp with a bunch of kids. It was just too much going on in there, but most of the staff were nice. Hopefully I don’t have to return :) Still a good experience”
