“I've been a CC customer for a while. Always have received great customer care. Same with this location. Got a new phone and they assisted with transferring everything from phone to phone. Made sure everything was working before I left.”

“I had a great experience at Cricket Authorized Retailer in Pflugerville. Gerardo was extremely helpful, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything easy to understand. He is truly an amazing person and the kind of employee every customer hopes to meet. Gerardo is definitely the go-to person at this store, and Cricket is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Highly recommend visiting Cricket Authorized Retailer Pflugerville and asking for Gerardo!”

“I am a long term customer who went into the store thinking I was cancelling my phone and Internet service. Met with Carson who listened to my issues, found the problem, explained what happened, and fixed everything. Thank you Carson for such great customer service. I wish there were more out in the world like you.”

“This is absolutely my favorite location to visit. Valerie, Joshua, Steven, and Ruby are always so helpful and happy to assist, even when I'm not making a payment or purchase. I have never been to a Metro that was as welcoming and friendly as this one.And this is the only location I will visit from here on out.”

“I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for years and this is the best experience I’ve had at any store, period. My wife went in needing help with a new phone and Luis treated her like she was the only customer in the building. Patient, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, the whole thing. She was still glowing about it when she called me from the parking lot before she’d even started the car. In a world where good customer service feels like a rumor, Luis is the real deal. Whoever’s in charge of that store needs to know they’ve got a gem on their team. Give this man a raise.”
