I also called the store today as well hoping to speak to the manager but he/she was not available at the time. William helped me when I took my new phone in to get it set up this week. He was so professional, yet personable. He was efficient in his process, knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I asked. He also wanted to make sure everythig was up and running on my phone and my watch before I left the store. Kudos to William! If you go into this location and need help, ask for him! Or if you see him while you are in there, tell him to keep up the great job!”

“Store is usually clean and organized (minus the seasonal stuff bc people throw everything around). I don't care for the baby section, the layout is weird and seems to not have a lot of clothing options. Overall, I frequently this location weekly and will continue to return.”
