I took her in and right away Chelsea listened to my concerns and said she would take her time and constantly evaluate her to make sure there was no stress. What an amazing job Chelsea did! She really paid great attention to detail and took awesome care of my elderly dog. I am SO happy with the outcome and thankful for this place and their wonderful employee Chelsea! “This is my favorite location to wash my dog, Onyx, who is reactive to other dogs. The staff always is so helpful and understanding. Today I washed him and the store associate, Haley, prepared a really nice little treat bag for him which I greatly appreciated. Fantastic customer service! “How many pet stores are ever featured on a local tourist information center's website? I wouldn't be surprised if no other pet store in the country is also considered a tourist destination. Tomlinson's is a local pet shop specializing in pet products with integrity. The original Tomlinson's was the first locally owned pet store in Austin. Th Burnet Rd store has many things you aren't likely to find at the pet supermarkets. They have private rooms full of supplies where you can wash and dry your dog. They have an engraving station where you can make tags for your pet. And, they have caring, attentive staff. Right now, they are matching every pet food purchase with a food donation to our local pet shelters. And if you go in the playroom you can help socialize local kitties looking for their forever homes. Going to Tomlinson's reminds you that you love animals in a city of people who love animals too.”
“Been taking my dog Marley for awhile now and he loves it! He is a pretty anxious dog and is hesitant around others but he is excited to go see his groomers. They are very communicative and patient. “We adopted a female stray and needed her to be checked out, chipped and spayed as soon as possible. Dr. Wadhwani's staff was so kind and got us in quickly. Dr. Wadhwani was very knowledgeable and put us at ease- this is our first girl dog. The surgery went well, beautiful stitches, and the dog is doing great. Prices were more than reasonable. Dr. Wadhwani did the necessary bloodwork to do the best job, but didn't add on extra unnecessary stuff. Really appreciate that! I would definitely recommend the clinic for a good no frills solid experience with an experienced vet!”

“I needed help washing my dog, and I got it at Pet Supplies. Then I forgot to tip the dog washer, which they said wasn't necessary, but he was good with my girl and I would have tipped him if I'd remembered. So I thought hey, I'll write a review and mention him. And now I can't remember his name. So I'm messing up here, but he didn't. First off, I think this is the only place you can wash your dog after 6 in this town. Mostly I think that's a self dog wash kind of thing, but I had help last night and it was appreciated. Also this place has a great selection of supplies. They are aptly named. And I've got me a clean and happy doggie. I need to remember that this place is here. It's a good pet store. Oh and there is a wheelchair ramp near the door for those of you who like to know that sort of thing about a place before you go.”
“First time here.. and currently the only restaurant for dogs (and cats) in Texas…. But went be for long …. Tempted to try it myself, it smelled so good, but have to lead by example as they would get scolded if they ate my food without permission so I’ll not eat theirs ….Staff so friendly and knowledgeable. Food is prepped to rival even human standards. Taking meals to my dogs right now, 5-star-paw rating!!!”

“I've tried a number of Wondercide's products and have been extremely pleased with all of them. The first product I tried was a shampoo bar for my dog. The bar has a very nice lather that gets his fur really clean. Since then, I've used the indoor pest control, flea and tick spray, and ant and roach spray. We like the peppermint scent and the fact that the products are natural and safe to use around kids. I've even used the skin tonic on the kids :) The products really do work!”
“Monica who does the grooming does a great job on all our dogs. She really knows each one, Is Patient, kind and does a amzing job with grooming. Also the guy groomer and lady with the peircings are also very helpful and kind when booking a groom picking up my dogs.”

“Though dog food is so expensive these days, I must say - this location almost always has what I need, even obscure medicated food for my fur baby with a kidney condition. Rarely are there long wait times at the register and the staff are friendly and helpful.
It’s much better than say, Petco - which almost never has what I’m looking for.”

I've been bringing my goldendoodle to PetSmart on I-35 for almost a year and Rhyse is simply outstanding. They are incredibly skilled, genuinely caring, and my boy comes out looking absolutely amazing after every single appointment. The consistency and quality of the grooming is unmatched and I will not take him anywhere else. So grateful to have found such a talented and dedicated groomer right here in North Austin. Highly recommend Rhyse to any dog owner!”

“We took our Sheepadoodle to be shaved down. He had matting after we had let his hair grow out during the winter. To make things easier for the groomer, we said do a complete shave down. Lupe would not do the groom, but Saskia agreed to do it. She did a wonderful job even though he was probably her most challenging client of the day. She is kind and friendly and I would recommend her to anyone who needs these services. Amy N”
