“I love my Walgreens. Seldom ever have any issues and when I do they have worked with me. Great employees, typically greeted with a smile. Or better yet by name as I'm recognized! I hear people complain about having to wait in line. Go at different times, in the morning, mid day, before 3:00 or after 7 or 8. Avoid lunch time and the after work rush.”

“I was very surprised to see this HEB with such a low rating. Sure it's not an HEB Plus so in comparison you may not have quite as many options. But, if you don't have random cult favorites that you "must have" this HEB is a solid choice. It's got all the staples and can be less overwhelming that the Plus locations. This HEB is always well stocked and the staff is nothing but friendly and helpful!”

“I’ve never been so impressed with efficiency before while getting medication last minute. I had a virtual visit at 5. It’s a holiday today and they close at 6, I was able to drive right to the pharmacy at 530 and it was READY!! The drive thru speed was under 4 minutes per vehicle and they assured me over the phone they close the drive thru at 6pm not a minute before.
I previously would go to Walgreens a mile south from here and never again- that Walgreens on Pflugerville closes at 8pm and even blocks their drive thru at 730 without warning or signage. Today their pharmacy was closed.

“Lots of negative reviews because people will write about terrible experiences before writing about the good ones. I have had nothing but good service here. The pharmacists are always willing to help however they can. I just had a situation with my insurance telling me I didn't need a refill but the doctor had ordered it. The pharmacist listened to the doctor. Thank you!! I did try CVS because it was more convenient but it was not a good choice. I will stick with Walgreens!!”

“Excellent service! I showed up and my prescription wasn’t ready. I said that I could come back because they were very busy but Ricardo said he could take care of me and had me in and out in 5 minutes. Very friendly and very professional. I love that coming here doesn’t feel like a hassle.”
