“The guys are knowledgeable and honest. This is without a doubt where I take my Audi. I drive from Killeen even for an oil change. Very friendly and answer questions and always helpful.”

“I had a great experience with this shop. Tim took excellent care of both me and my truck from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust these days, but Tim earned my confidence by being upfront and never trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. That kind of integrity is what will keep me coming back whenever my truck needs work. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service and honest people.”

“This shop is the best in Pville. We have been coming to them for over 10 years and they never over estimate or give you the run around on any of the work needed for your vehicle. They will always get our business.”

“Ask for Patrick! Give Patrick A raise! We had such a great experience at Luxury Auto Works! We were passing through Round Rock when our back tire suddenly dropped to 9 PSI after being at 33 PSI just a couple of hours earlier. Patrick came right out with no hesitation and helped us check the tire. At first we thought it might be a nail, but he quickly found that a small piece of the valve stem had broken. He fixed it literally within seconds and took the time to explain exactly what happened and how it could have happened. My boyfriend asked where the nearest Walmart was so we could buy some tire valve caps, and Patrick immediately said, “Don’t worry about it, I got you, brother,” took him inside, and gave him some. When we asked how much we owed him, he simply said, “Brother, just go on Google and give me a five-star review.” That kind of customer service is hard to come by. Patrick was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting us back on the road safely. We are extremely grateful we stopped here. If you’re ever in the Round Rock area and need help with your vehicle, I highly recommend Luxury Auto Works — and ask for Patrick!”

“Perfect in every way. I can't sing their praises enough!! The first time I ever had a tranny replaced that asked me back in 300 miles for a courtesy leak check. Communication is noooo problem. Updated at every turn. You wont be disappointed.”

“I was a couple of days overdue for my state inspection and, with traffic especially heavy, I called Christian Brothers to see if they could fit me in. The gentleman who answered was incredibly kind and told me to come over and they would take care of me. From the moment I arrived, the experience was wonderful. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I was told my car would be ready in about 15 minutes. I walked over to Starbucks, grabbed my first PSL of the season, came back, and even had a few quiet minutes to journal while I waited. My car was ready shortly after. What truly surprised me was being told there was no charge. The inspection was provided as a courtesy. I actually asked twice because I couldn't believe it! In a time when it feels like everything comes with a fee, this felt like genuine old-fashioned community service. Neighbors taking care of neighbors. It was unexpected, generous, and very much appreciated.”
