They are very honest folks, don’t try to upsell, something I encountered at the dealership where I took my car for service since moving to Round Rock two years ago. “I am not sure where I would be without Garrett's help over the past few days. I was here visiting family after driving almost 1500 miles from Virginia. I had a check engine light come on and after the 4th of July weekend took my car in to get checked out. Garrett and his crew helped me fight the evil extended warranty company to make them pay 90% of the repair cost instead of the just over half they wanted to try and get away with. “Great job!!! I came here hoping I just needed air in my tires after someone else put air in them, but the light didn't go away. They let me know it would be a 2 hour wait and so I made an appointment for the same day's afternoon. They took a look and called me every step of the way to tell me that there was a sensor that was dead and they didn't know if there was more than one, and it was going to be about an hour of labor and $270 total. When I came to pick it up, they actually lowered the labor cost so I only paid $175! I was elated. They said they decided to lower the labor after they found only one sensor broken and it was not as much effort as expected. I'm so pleased.”
