The U Haul truck 🚚 had issues starting but thankfully I had a portable battery charger on hand while moving

My experience was a roller coaster, HOWEVER, thew in-store rep (I sadly forgot her name-maybe Amber) saved me from a disaster. She was patient, kind, VERY accommodating, explained the issue to me clearly, and SO willing to help me the best she could. She saved my day with my rental. I would/will definitely rent there again.

I Appreciate these two locations! Pflugerville and round rock Austin, Texas helped me get what I needed. Thank you so much!
