“If you're looking for the perfect dress, do yourself a favor and go see Claudia. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in good hands. She has this incredible way of making you feel like you're her only client. She's kind, welcoming, hilarious, and somehow makes the entire experience feel effortless and incredibly special. We visited other dress shops before finding Claudia, but there was honestly no comparison. Not only did my daughter and I absolutely fall in love with the dress, but we also walked away feeling like we had found someone we'd genuinely want to celebrate this journey with. Her communication has been outstanding every step of the way, and knowing she'll be by our side on such an important night gives us so much peace of mind. Finding the perfect dress was a blessing. Finding Claudia was the real gift. I can't recommend her enough.”

“Today I visited Maurices for the first time, and I honestly could not have had a better experience. Both Tandip and Lux truly listened to my needs and helped me find an outfit for a funeral tomorrow with kindness, patience, and genuine care. They shared that Maurices has been around for 90 years and prides itself on helping women find the right outfit for every occasion — and that absolutely showed in the way they treated me. Customer service like this is rare, and Tandip and Lux made what could have been a stressful shopping trip feel uplifting and personal. I’m incredibly grateful for their compassion and professionalism and will absolutely be back.”

“I had an issue in-store while making an Amazon return on 10/25/26. The young man working Amazon returns wasn’t paying much attention to his task at hand and had a “nothing I can do now” attitude. I’m not one to seek a manager but I didn’t want to lose my $50 so I found myself asking for help at the front of the store after experiencing a lack of care at the Amazon returns counter. I’m not sure if Jacob is a manager but from the start he had that “let’s find a solution” disposition one hopes leadership has. He carefully listened to my concern and didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond to solve the problem. I didn’t have to repeat myself. He understood the situation and acted on it immediately. Jacob was extremely helpful and I am very grateful he was able to resolve the issue with a smile. He is the kind of asset you want working for your company. Because of Jacob’s customer-centric approach, I left being an incredibly satisfied customer. His exceptional customer service, on top of the great clothing deals I found the same day, are what keep me coming back to Kohl’s.”

“We went as soon as they opened and it's like a completely different store! It was so organized! The staff are quick to greet you when you come in. The cashier was very nice and personable. Best thing? NO LINE in the am!!”
