I had to do a money order and send off a package through FedEx for the first time ever and he was patient with helping me from start to finish. “Young woman that helped was great. Soft spoken, confirmed the amount of the money order I wanted. No hassle, no fuss. Surprisingly, she has better customer service than most USPS employees. The office is inside a store. Took me a while to find it. There’s no recognizable USPS sign, so don’t look for it.”
“I called to this office and Greg help me track my package. He is very knowledgeable on everything I asked him. My package was mis sent to another city from Mcallen. Thanks a lot.”
“I had a package that was lost and I contacted the post office for assistance since I never got my package. After a week, I finally got a follow up and they were able to recover and deliver it to me. Thank you for the help!”
