Every interaction with Mr. Jim was beyond expectation, from the first call to the day we picked it back up. He is a genuinely wonderful person to work with. A few weeks ago the trans started having a minor issue so we brought it in. Mr. Jim found a manufacturing issue and got everything handled for us. Family Auto really is a rarity these days.
