“Requested check for noise I heard, and solution to why 3 windows no longer worked properly. Kennedy did their diagnostic and explained the solutions. We ordered master window switch, and parts needed for original issue-then I scheduled service dates that worked for me. Parts arrived, work completed as promised, and I picked up my freshly washed Lexus as scheduled last Thursday. Not surprising, all's well so far. I am so grateful for Mike's team making this a calm experience! Know that I really appreciate this team's care, service, & professionalism!
