“We took my husband's car here to get it fixed and it only cost a fraction of what the dealership was asking for. And because my husband's car has been running smoothly since, I decided to take my car in because it was squeaking. Todd found out there was something loose on the spare tire due to time. He fixed it for me and said it was so simple that he couldn't even charge me for anything. Now that's a great and honest mechanic that you can trust. I asked him repeatedly if he was sure there was no charge? He said no charge. I highly recommend coming here to see Todd if you have any trouble with your car.”
“Picked up on a Saturday and they were very busy but got us in and out pretty quickly and efficient. We did reserve a week in advance and confirmed the reservation when asked. Return was on a Tuesday and not too busy and got us out of there easy. The car was new and drove perfectly. Good experience overall.”

“I have rented a lot of cars in my life. Used to be in sales and traveled the entire country. I have rented from Hertz, Avis, etc. Enterprise has always been seamless. Not so much for others. With Enterprise their invoice also always matched what they told me. Again not so much with the others.”
“This is my first time to try this company, and it is great, but a small detail. When we called the first time to collect the information, they should have told us that the person who pays, should be the same person hold the insurance. My friend and I had a different arrangement. It worked out at the end. We rented a van for 7 days, and the license plate tags where about to expire after two or three days which we noticed after signing the papers, and after inspection we notified them, so the had change it with another one, which was ok but not that clean. Overall experience is good.”

“This Enterprise has employees. They are available to answer the phone and help you get a reservation scheduled. I had a rental through insurance due to a wreck. Whole process took me less than 10 minutes and they even picked me up later that afternoon. This was the THIRD location I called. spent about an hour and twenty minutes with the other two and couldn't ( or wouldn't) help me.

“I have been to this location 3 times in the last 2 months because I was dealing with issues with my car. Carmen has helped me each time and each time she was so nice, and empathetic to my situation. The last time I came back there was an issue with availability since this location is very popular and she did everything she could to make sure I was able to leave in a vehicle. Not sure if she is the manager for this location but everytime I come she is running things with such ease and urgency without feeling rushed. She made my experience so much better, given what I was going through with my car. Thanks so much Carmen, I really appreciate the way you take pride in making sure your customers are satisfied!”

“I always come to this location for my rentals. The owner and Michael are very helpful, knowledgeable, and always do their best to assist. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance to improve your chances of securing a vehicle. It’s also smart to call ahead and confirm that your rental is available for pickup. If you book online and they are temporarily short on vehicles, they will do their best to get you into one as quickly as possible.”

“This is the 3rd time renting from this location (19177 Preston Road Dallas when you talk with the reservations dept.). My only regret is not writing this review quicker. Maaz, Michael, Saully (sp) are professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. If you're on the fence in dealing with other agencies, This Budget/Avis location is a fine representative of the company. Another regret I have is that there isn't a business trip coming up where I need to rent another car! Great job, guys! Thank you again!”
“The 16 foot truck we rented sucked but all of the employees that I have encountered made up for bad equipment. I give the staff 5 STARS. Extremely kind, friendly, and overall helpful. The only reason I would rent from Budget again would be because of the staff.”
