Chase Bank offers checking, savings, and mobile banking services. Multiple reviews highlight that while individual employees are often described as amazing, wonderful, helpful, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and fantastic, the corporate bank itself receives significant criticism. Customers report that Chase Bank corporate strongly pushes online and phone banking but then places daily limits on certain online transactions, such as wire transfers. This can create urgent problems, as when a time-sensitive business transaction is blocked. A common complaint is that there is not enough staff to service customers same day, and appointments are difficult to get. Customers feel that if banks push for online banking, they must provide reliable same-day, face-to-face options when limits are in place. Some suggest smaller banks may be better for those occasionally needing in-person service, comparing large banks like Chase to big retail chains. The overall sentiment is that despite excellent individual branch employees, corporate policies and staffing issues create frustrating customer experiences. Horrible service. Waited 30 minutes to find out there is no notary on site.

Very bad service. The lady on the phone has time to sit there and talk on phone with me to schedule an appointment but when I asked for just a 5 minute notary service walk in, she said I need to make an appointment. Most other Chase takes walk in for notary service. Waste customer time and very bad service
