“After an AWFUL experience with U-Haul and being passed around to 5 different locations because a “reservation” means nothing to U-Haul, the employee at this location Jordan G was the only one willing to help us at least get a truck for a few hours (we moved over night, lol).
S/O to Jordan G, he’s kind, bright, and helpful, and the only reason I’d maybe consider using U-Haul again.”
“The full super heavy duty vehicle was full to it maximums, made it over the Rockies without an issue, the maximum flat speed 73ish might be it only drawback, safety first! Moving companies are a ripoff; hire loaders and unloaders and U-Haul is the way to go, period.”

“Well well pleasantly surprised after having a horrible experience at U Haul Plano on Los Rios, rd. This office/ site is a blessing. Friendly staff helpful within 30 min we were ready to leave. All paperwork done truck and dolly brought to front door. Excellent service I could not recommend them more. For all your towing and moving needs go visit the U haul branch on W Plano Parkway. They get a 10/10 from us.”
“Fair price, clean truck that operated smoothly, friendly, helpful guy at the counter. Gas station attached, so you can put gas in the truck as you check it in, priced same as local gas stations, so no gouging. We were very pleased with our experience.”
“Outstanding Customer Service. I usually use another truck rental company and wouldn't waist my time writing something negative. I chose Penske and chose this location bc it was close ( mileage ?) I was called the day before pick up to confirm (that's 3 ?'s already) The gentleman who runs this store was amazing and helpful. Not to mention educated, well dressed, professional and a great attitude. The office was sparse but the truck (and he made sure I was in a newer model and flawless running truck) They're a little more expensive than the other company...but in this case, especially when you're responsible for a 70,000 truck and an open credit card do not be cheap. You do truly get what you pay for)I'm happy! Thanks Penske Plano!!!”

My moving help didn't show, the help that showed was unorganized, broke up my things didn't get the job done I had to move myself 3 full rooms of furniture. For 3 conservative days. But Mark and his guys was very understanding to my needs. My entire move inconvenient Budget Traylor Rentals schedule.

“We had issues with the McKinney location since Tina made our reservation there but she doesn’t even work there, she works at a different location. She never made any notes stating we had two free days. We got the run around from McKinney, traffic department, Plano north, back to McKinney and ended at Plano East. Everyone said she was the only one that could fix it. Abdullah was the manager on duty at Plano East and even though we did not have anything to do with his location through our reservation Abdullah was able to sort it out and fix everything for us. He was the sixth person we talked to and my frustration was very apparent but he took his time and was very patient and overall amazing to work with when no one wanted to help us. If we lived there I would absolutely do business with him again. He cares enough to not give us the work around and throw us off to someone else and get it solved so he doesn’t have to follow up and deal with it again (NEITHER DID I!!) so thank you!”

The person at the front desk, made it very easy to get the keys and get me going and he also showed me where the key drop off was so that was convenient when I was dropping off the truck.
