“It was busy, crowded, packed with items of Christmas, necessities and Valentines. The cashier was so nice and complimented my Purple. I found very nice 4T outfits for my Grand niece. And a great deal on a sweater that I'd bought for my Mom at Dillard's for Christmas that was $30 less at Marshall's. I bought one for me because I really loved my Mom's.
Overall we had a great experience.”

Leslie was not only available but also eager to help. Although the mixer wasn’t in the cookware section, she went above and beyond to find it in another part of the store. “The store has a great selection, but it’s often too crowded. The staff is wonderful—friendly, smiling, and doing their best to help, even though they’re extremely busy. Be prepared to spend some time both shopping and waiting at the cashier. Overall, a good place if you have the patience.”
“Your typical Kohl's. Nice big parking lot, easy access. Enter and you'll almost always know what season it is because they'll have some colorful items near the front door to remind you and inspire you. I do enjoy the selection of clothing for everyone in the family. Love their clearance sales the most! What I do not love is the check-out where you're funneled through a line. The problem is that people from the front and side of the store constantly walk in front of you, push others aside, and go to the back of the line, OR they downright cut in front of you. Not pleasant. The employees are okay, but the store seems understaffed at times. Anyway, if they have what you were looking for, it is worth it.”

“I came in on Valentine’s Day and the staff was so nice and helpful, especially Ken. He was so patient, waiting for me to pull my car around while I made space for my purchases before pulling in. I had a few empty boxes I needed to get rid of and he even took them off my hands. Literally so kind and so above and beyond. I know how exhausting it is to work in customer service on a holiday and I appreciated the time that is clearly taken to make customers feel cared for.”
“Tried to return an item that was purchased for me but wanted the cash they only wanted to give store credit or put back on debit card ...the cashier seemed not to understand my request. I've never actually shopped on this store. Too expensive for me ?”

Natalie, one of the behind the counter workers, was extremely patient and eager to help me and my elderly parents. Initially, she greeted me with a gorgeous smile and made me feel not only welcomed but valued as a customer.

“I was visiting this amazing Walmart today and was really tired . I had my cell phone + money in my back pocket to buy groceries.I forgot about the money when I pulled out my cell phone out to pay for my meds . By the time I went to a register to pay for my groceries the money must have fallen out . I panicked of course . So I saw an attendant and signaled for him to assist me. I told him the situation and he was so patient and calm for a young person to help me delete some of my items so I can afford some of my items . Afterwards he went and got his managers to help me find my money . I thought it would have been a lost cause . But thank you Ivan and the pharmacy department who found my money and returned it . Thanks to you also Walmart managers who were right there to bring it back and thanks also for the young man who helped me unload my groceries into my car. You all are truly honest and exemplary angels .”
