About InTown Suites Extended Stay Dallas TX - Plano
InTown Suites Extended Stay Dallas TX receives mixed reviews from guests. Several guests praise the staff as wonderful, great, helpful, professional, friendly, kind, and courteous, noting the property is well managed. The location is considered great with nearby shops, restaurants, and a freeway. The property and renovated rooms are described as clean and bug free, with good security, an on-site elevator, vending machines, and a clean laundry room. The weekly and monthly rates are viewed as excellent value. However, some rooms show wear, with old furniture, carpet needing cleaning, and a sometimes musty smell. A significant complaint details an unfair eviction process with allegations made without proof or clear communication, where attempts to appeal were met with misinformation and a lack of urgency from management. While many find it a good place to stay, others report deeply negative experiences with administration.
I stayed here when Tina was processing the payments. Things didn't work out the way I hoped, but she has done an incredible job with assisting me. I greatly appreciate her help.
