“I paid for next-day air delivery, and my UPS package was supposed to arrive by Monday, May 19th, but it still hasn’t shown up, even though it’s now Wednesday. Despite this, Grahm Lingor, the owner of The UPS Store #306, went above and beyond to assist me. He made several calls to the distribution center to get as much information as possible and helped in every way he could. While I’m still waiting for my package, I’m extremely grateful for Grahm’s excellent customer service and dedication. Highly recommend this store for their commitment to customer satisfaction!”

“Jon Damon, the owner, Matt, the manager, and their entire team were absolutely INCREDIBLE! I took a bike there to be shipped across the country. Not only did they handle it all and make it super easy for me, Jon called me hours later to say he fit it into an even smaller box and wanted to refund me $150!! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and really went out of their way to help me and save me money. I would give 10 stars if I could.”
“Mr. Sajjani is very helpful when it comes to the notarization of forms and affidavits. He will guide you correctly to get any mistakes sorted. I would totally recommend an actual notary like him rather going to the cartoon notary services like UPS where all they know is how to pack packages.”
