“Screen was broken, they had the best price. When i picked it up, they told me they had damaged the charging port and had ordered one to replace it, just bring it back in a couple of days. Even though the charging port was still working, they replaced it for free. I would have never known, so kudos to these guys.”

I recently visited the AT&T store and was fortunate to be assisted by Tanner. Our rep was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. Not only did he answer all of our questions, but he went above and beyond in explaining additional products and services that we had absolutely no idea existed. We usually avoid going to any AT&T store for the sake of time, but we had to merge accounts and upgrade phones, so we needed someone's help. We couldn’t have been happier than meeting Tanner and having him assist us. It is nice to see AT&T's customer service change for the better. Highly recommend this store and Tanner's exceptional service!”

“I loved the staff . Very very welcoming . When I went in with my brother right after work, we came in to fix something and they were very cooperative with us. Alexis and Melanie were on the clock when we arrived there and right when we walked in they greeted us with a smile and we just felt welcomed , they helped us out with everything we needed . Plus I added like 1,000 questions and Melanie kindly answered all of them which I appreciated very much . 100/100 service!! . They reversed the negative, and unprofessional experience I had with the customer service-CS guys on phone (MOST OF THEM S*UCKS, not all though).
Today, as my day1 with AT&T, after porting 4 lines, and buying 2 new phones, it was hell at trying to activate the 4 lines and 2 phones. I got transferred to multiple depts while on the phone/chat with CS guys for over 6hrs. Went into the 1st AT&Tstore to resolve it, but they couldn't.
Until I went to this AT&T store on Central Pkwy, Plano, and met with Victor and Desiree. Despite the frustration from my wife and I, they were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They unraveled the errors made by the AT&T CS guy, and took time to undo the mess, they even stayed past their opening hours for us.
