“Great assistance from Christian in finding what we needed. Our landscape contractor uses this business but it is open to the public also. Easy in and out and parking is easy! They also have landscape plants. The wide variety of rock in colors , sources, and shapes, bulk and bagged. Will definitely return. I suggest bringing your golf umbrella for ready made shade on a hot sunny day. Search their website before you go.”
“I really like their premium potting soil for my plants . It's premixed with the things they need such as earthworm casings, coconut coir and more- taking out the guesswork, labor and extra space compared to buying all the ingredients separately and compared to big box stores, I hadn't had issues with fungus gnats in the soil.
The staff is mostly knowledgeable and helpful as well. ( Disclaimer, only once my plant did pass away on one's feedback but they honored the return).
It's unfortunate I no longer live in the area but recently when I asked questions over the phone before visiting, they were answered amicably and I was able to pick up two very pretty pink poinsenttias the next day.”

“We had my favorite pot break in a storm. I called the location in Richardson and asked if I could send a pic of the pot to see if they had a replacement. They told me I could bring the picture in and they would help me look for it… not helpful. I called another location and asked if I could email them a pic to see if they had the pot and was told for security reasons they couldn’t give out an email address… (they have my phone number name and address in their system mind you) not helpful.
Then I call this Plano location. Sher answered the phone. She was great! Listened to my problem and said I could text her the pic to her personal phone and she would look to see if they had the pit. I did and 20 seconds later she responded back with a pic of the pits I was looking for! This save me so much time and frustration from driving around to different locations. When I got there all the staff including Sher were very helpful with other purchases I made while I was there. I bought the pot but also spent an additional 400$. That was a sale missed by the other locations.

“So I went there this Sunday around 3:30. I wish I would’ve got both their names but one was an older gentleman and one was an older lady and they were so helpful and so sweet. I asked him to save me a Christmas tree they said they had one left is 4 foot tall I said perfect. I’ll come get it when I got there. My daughter was disappointed. She wanted a Bigger tree has like Jordan. This is what we have you be thankful And when they saw this appointment and my daughter’s face, they gave her a plant for free and they packed up the tree and put it in my trunk. I am so thankful for this nursery. They gave me a five dollar Christmas tree that means the world to me and my daughter I wish I knew their names so I can put their names in this review but Callaway nursery is amazing customer service.”

“The shopping experience was very pleasant at this Home Depot. The staff were very helpful and most of everything standard was at this store.
They had amazing clearance items that were unreal; Moen and Kohler faucets that were on sale for 60 - 70% off.
The shelves were stocked and very organized, but the dust was extremely thick on my items. Could not even touch anything without being covered with the typical Home Depot dust. It looks like cement mix dust that is on everything and it is extra thick and atypical compared on other Home Depot stores.
On this night, all the parking lights were out; it felt strange and uncomfortable to be in a parking lot that is totally dark.
Five Stars for me is amazing experience; this was what I expected and definitely met my shopping need and expectations. Please clean up the store to a basic minimum and let's get the power back on in the parking lot please. Thank You”

“One of the best customer service i have received! They have sufficient staff to help walk in customers, and patiently go over what the customer needed. Jason really explained to me what i need for my new irrigation setup looks like and gave me a detailed list of parts to buy, and i can check the actual prices and what the parts look like on their website. He also gave me a list of contractors if i decide to ask someone else to do it for me. Doing it all for the first time, this is really the place to visit to get helps! Very much appreciated!”
