“Huge shoutout to the Home Depot delivery team! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. They even took the time to switch the dryer door to the other side- which required taking part of the dryer apart- just to make our small laundry room more functional. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but they did it anyway. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. They deserve a raise!”

“One of the best customer service i have received! They have sufficient staff to help walk in customers, and patiently go over what the customer needed. Jason really explained to me what i need for my new irrigation setup looks like and gave me a detailed list of parts to buy, and i can check the actual prices and what the parts look like on their website. He also gave me a list of contractors if i decide to ask someone else to do it for me. Doing it all for the first time, this is really the place to visit to get helps! Very much appreciated!”

I loaded on pansies, alysum, and even found plum perfect floribunda rose way cheaper then Calloways. The rose is doing great after planting, I see many new blooms, very healthy.
Shop here first to avoid overspending.”

“Went to the Prosper location yesterday and spoke with Chris, the store manager, as well as his team. I had a landscaping project that went south quickly and some of my Juniper topiaries were dying as well as a shrub. Chris spent a lot of time with me, recommending the correct products to help the situation and even went as far as supplying me with some stakes and ties to keep them upright. “1/2/26: Stopped by to pick up a couple of propane tanks, in ahead of the storm. I met Kelly in the garden area, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I picked up a couple of tanks, and she told me that they were out of propane, and to call the next day at 8am. I called at 8:05 am the next day, and was advised that they had propane. I showed up ten minutes later, and after waiting 45 minutes in line in 39 degree weather to fill up my tanks, I was a happy camper. I had good conversation with some of the other customers. The gentleman filling the tanks was very friendly, and didn't seem bother by the line that continued to grow. I am grateful for TSC and their staff for providing a much needed service!”

“I’ll tell you what - Michael Crowder (I think is his last name) puts the PRO on Pro Desk. My team started a 5 day concrete job at an apartment complex nearby. Today is Thursday - I’ve been in this Home Depot multiple times a day every day this week. Michael has helped me most of the times I’ve been in. Let me tell you - above and beyond is an understatement. He has such great energy and a willingness to help. Funny fact is he is retired from medicine so he works here just for fun! That’s how you know he loves his job. He has been a bright spot in my work week and I can’t show enough appreciation. “Thanks so much to the staff at Puckett’s! They have a really nice lady (sorry I’ve forgotten her name), who helped me twice in picking out a new tree for my yard. The checkout man was friendly and helpful and later kindly added to my order over the phone which saved me an extra trip to the nursery. Pedro and his crew did a great job planting my new tree!
