“We had an awesome experience with them! Our car wouldn't shift into gear, lights wouldn't work, and kept blowing fuses. Couldn't figure it out at all. Every shop wanted at least $100 to even look at it. The guy in the shop gave us advice and my husband fixed it himself (we couldn't afford to pay a mechanic and the guy helped as much as he could) also went in another time to get my oil changed and they were done in like 10 minutes with no wait. =) it's hard to find an honest mechanic these days.”

“This business has been taken over by the new management and opened under a different name. I was looking for an oil change on Groupon and found this place. My overall experience was good.
I called and spoke with Moe (owner/manager) and told him about coming in with Groupon. He told me about matching Groupon prices at the store and then told me about an additional fees of $10 (filter) and $3 (disposal) on top of Groupon price. This additional prices were listed on his Groupon deal, under the fine prints, so it was not a surprise for me and I appreciate being told about it over the phone as well.
There was no wait upon arrival, so my car was pulled in right away. I was called upon to the bay and Moe showed me the condition of my car's engine oil and filters (cabin and engine). Moe was honest with his recommendations and I did not feel any pressure at all. I declined all the recommendations and they were fine with it. Oil change was done within 15 minutes and I was on my way.
I did notice few things that needs to be corrected in my opinion. His regular oil change prices, as listed on his Groupon deals, are overly exaggerated! Savings by purchasing some of his Groupon deals are listed as up to 40-50%! In actual, it is only about 20-30% if you compare with the actual regular prices as listed at the store. Businesses should be honest on what the actual savings will be if they are offering any deals. They need to update and show their actual regular prices on Groupon instead of a made up high prices to lure more customers.
Other thing I noticed was that at the time of checkout, Moe was on the phone on his AirPod. This was kind of annoying because it did look like he was talking to me and I was answering him back, but turned out he was talking to someone else at the same time. Focus should be only with one customer at a time to provide good customer service.
I do recommend this place, but do checkout his Groupon deals before agreeing to any price/service. Do read all the fine prints if buying any Groupon deals.”
“I had an excellent experience at Driver’s Edge Auto Repair today. I was greeted at the door by Steve, who immediately took care of me even though I arrived without an appointment. He let me pull my car right up to the front and performed an on-the-spot inspection. The diagnostics included clear photos and detailed explanation, and he quoted me a fair, transparent price for the repair.
They took the car in right away and even provided a complimentary ride home while the work was being done. Angel drove me back and forth—friendly, professional, and right on time. The total turnaround was about two hours, and everything was handled efficiently and respectfully.
They mentioned that I was due for an oil change, but when I told them I prefer to change my own oil, they didn’t pressure me or try to upsell anything. They only recommended what was necessary and ended up replacing one tire and doing an alignment, exactly as needed.
Overall, I felt well cared for from start to finish. Honest service, fair pricing, professional communication, and genuinely good people.

I stopped by Kwik Kar near my house yesterday for an oil change, and Da-Kwuon took great care of me. The service was fast, straightforward, and professional. He also topped off my windshield washer fluid and added some brake fluid, which I really appreciated.
