PLANO LUBE & AUTO REPAIR / COMPLETE AUTO CARE

Auto Repair , Oil Change
Hours: Plano Lube And Auto Repair, recently under new management, offers a variety of auto services, including oil changes and state inspections. Customers have generally had positive experiences with the service, noting that the staff is prompt and professional. Most reviews highlight the quick turnaround time, with oil changes completed in around 15 minutes, and no wait upon arrival. The owner, Moe, is praised for his honesty and clear communication regarding services and pricing, particularly when discussing Groupon deals. While some customers found the additional fees for services to be somewhat unexpected, they appreciated Moe’s transparency about these costs upfront. However, there are concerns about the accuracy of the advertised savings on Groupon, as some customers felt the regular prices were inflated. Customer service is an area for improvement, with a few reviewers expressing dissatisfaction with the staff's attentiveness during checkout. Despite this, many recommend the business for its quality service and knowledgeable staff. Overall, Plano Lube And Auto Repair is recognized for its efficient service and commitment to customer safety, making it a reliable choice for auto maintenance needs.
