“We’ve been taking our timid but energetic rescue puppy here for a year. He has met friends and improved so much in socialization. He looks forward to his weekly play dates as much as our senior dog at home is glad to have a break?. All the staff have been very gentle and understanding. Scheduling days and drop off/pick up are a breeze. Bulk pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend.”
“After some recent bad experiences with groomers for my Shih Tzu's I looked for groomer recommendations and was given Lakeside Pet Spa as one to try and to ask for Ruby.
So I did. My Girlz are glad I did too. They were very happy & relaxed when picking them up and coming home. In the past they were crying, whining telling me about their halfway-very poor grooming experience and they did look great either.
No more bad experiences for them now, only happy ones. I will be returning to Lakeside Pet Spa. They have an appointment to see Ms Ruby again soon.

“What a beautiful store with hand baked treats made in house in the back. Anna was so helpful the day we were there. Definitely worth a stop next time you are in old downtown Plano!”
“The mice in this petco have a race problem and here is why. I was looking at the mice and observing how cute they were, and i noticed that all of the “colored” rats were in one house and all of the white mice were out and about. The colored mice would try and leave their home and every time they tried all the white mice would chase them and bite then back into their home. My heart broke seeing this and thought that other people would like to know that the mice at this location are racist.”

“Oranda goldfish 7.99 what can I say, he is prettier than the show fish. Did my homework, cycled tank before I brought him home. Did the three day quarantine with prophylactic meds. Seachem products worked best. Peetee is vivid, personable and gorgeous”

“I came in the store for the first time last week. I was there to try and find the right dog food for my dachshund named Roscoe. He is a very picky eater and was uncertain about what to get him. I must have looked confused when an assistant named Rosie offered to help me. She had such a great attitude and a friendly smile. Her recommendation was exactly what Roscoe needed.
