“After some recent bad experiences with groomers for my Shih Tzu's I looked for groomer recommendations and was given Lakeside Pet Spa as one to try and to ask for Ruby.
So I did. My Girlz are glad I did too. They were very happy & relaxed when picking them up and coming home. In the past they were crying, whining telling me about their halfway-very poor grooming experience and they did look great either.
No more bad experiences for them now, only happy ones. I will be returning to Lakeside Pet Spa. They have an appointment to see Ms Ruby again soon.

“We have two kittens and honestly for us never had any issues as far as getting supplies we need and cashiers are always very nice it’s also close to our business VXOBeautyAcademy and it was such a great treat to find out they had a celebration for adopted animals today that we were apart of and I lived being able to be part of that experience for my kittens and get them a new cat tree, food, beds, litter mat and treats”

“I came in the store for the first time last week. I was there to try and find the right dog food for my dachshund named Roscoe. He is a very picky eater and was uncertain about what to get him. I must have looked confused when an assistant named Rosie offered to help me. She had such a great attitude and a friendly smile. Her recommendation was exactly what Roscoe needed.
