“This place is such a cool experience and Leah did an awesome job helping out. She was extremely knowledgable and was genuine about making sure I found the right shoe. Getting a 3d rendering of your foot is awesome and provided data I never had. Specifically the heat map that showcases the pressure under your feet as you walk.”
“Best shoe shopping experience I have ever had. The store associate Hector was very knowledgeable and kind. I did not feel rushed or pushed into purchasing anything I did not need or ask for. He made me feel more comfortable, allowing me time and space to deliberate; even going as far to encourage me to try the shoes on the treadmill in store. I do not have the traditional build of a runner so naturally I had my own anxieties and concerns about being brushed off. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the kindness and respect I was shown at my visit. I feel very encouraged to continue my running journey now that I have good footwear to better support my specific needs. Thank you, I will most certainly be coming back for my next pair of shoes.”

“I have lived in Texas for 30 years and have never owned a pair of cowboy boots. I went to Tecovas and worked with Olivia. She was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable and helped me out. I would recommend working with her and the store is so neat. As soon as you walk in they offer you whatever you want to drink including bourbon.”

“I went to prepare costumes for my child's ballet class and acro class. There were many different pretty ballet costumes, and if you asked, they explained things in detail, so I was able to choose the right size shoes.”

“Don't let this tiny little shop fool you! They have great big energy when it comes to western wear. This store is like a mini version of Cavender's. They have a decent selection of boots and hats for both children and adults. They also have a limited but impressive selection of shirts, accessories, and western wear. The customer service is excellent. The minute you walk in the door they are ready to help you find whatever you are looking for. My only disappointment is that I was expecting the prices to be at least 25% less than Cavender's. They are a little strip mall store but this does not mean they pass lower prices on to you.”

“So this was my first time in a Louis Vuitton store in general and every one was super nice, but Mr. Adam and Ms. Sandra made it THE best experience I have had in a store all year! Adam was so kind and knowledgeable and was just the coolest guy, point, blank, period and Ms. Sandra was also such a help and so sweet(and she speaks French which is SO cool🔥). Both of them just about deserve to manage their own stores. If you have a question on where to buy your LV in the DFW area, then the one in Legacy West is the place to go. Will definitely be back again!!”

“Prized Kicks in Plano is an amazing store with a huge selection of shoes, shirts, and more. What's impressive is that they allow you to negotiate on some prices, which is nearly impossible at similar stores. The lady who works there is super chill and helped me get a better deal. In my honest opinion, this is one of the better shoe places around. Five stars!”
