Accessibility to the pumps is good and the price per gallon was much lower than the surrounding gas stations, which I was thrilled to find that out. I was a little bit frustrated with some pumps that seem to be non operational and we're not flagged when you pull up. Therefore, you waste your time and energy getting out and then back into the car to have to move to another pump. Fortunately it wasn't bad weather.”

“Our go to for cheap gas - always at least $.20 less than other stations. Lines move quickly and we like that you can pay using the scan and go feature from your phone instead of inserting your card into the machine. The gas pumps are off to the side and around towards the back of the store so you won’t be able to see them if you enter from the front of the store coming from 75 on Spring Creek toward Ave K.”
“I love this Sams but there is an older lady at the exit that I've noticed if you're not Caucasian, she is dry with customers. She'll be friendly with anybody else as long as you are not dark skinned and goes for all dark skin races. Not a friendly vibe at all. But overall love this place and the ladies at the food court area are super sweet. Maybe they should teach that lady some customer service.”

“Way cheaper pricing on contacts and glasses compared to Stanton Optical, Target Optical and America's Best. There is a limited selection of frames in-store and it's a small area with limited space, especially if you're waiting I'd recommend to walk around nearby.”

“Normally I don’t leave a review about this but I feel like I have to today. I got a pizza and a hotdog and realized a lady was working alone. Not sure for how long but for sure I was there about 7-10 minutes and she did amazing! I saw her name tag said Lisa. Please give this woman a raise because under that pressure I’m sure she was stressed!! She did awesome!! Great job Lisa!!!!”

“Sam's clubs's scan n go feature is unmatched, makes getting in and out so much quicker. This is also my go to for gas.
I wouldn't eat here though, people don't clean up after themselves and last time I sat down there were birds flying around scrapping for crumbs”
“You know those times when someone unexpected simply inspires you? I'm sitting at Costco for the third time in 2 weeks to get new tires. I mentioned to my wife last week that Jesus at the tire place has a great attitude, and was very helpful. He saw me walk in to order my tires which I had priced out a week earlier and he remembered my name, the car and tire size. Guy must have had 200 customers that day. I'm not a very memorable guy. Today he spots me sitting around the food court waiting for the tires to be installed and takes the time to stop and greet me by name. Then goes on to help the next customer with that same smile and enthusiasm. So I'm inspired today because I do the same job everyday and there are those tough days. Today I'm taking a page out of Jesus's book on customer service and good attitude. Thanks Jesus - hope Costco management reads this and recognized you. Happy New Year.”
“Just a note the counter is inside between the member services counter and foot court. Was in and out in about an hour having 2 new tires put on as well as balanced and rotated. They also found a nail in one that was being rotated and fixed free of charge. Counter was very friendly and helpful. Only grip would be that once you are at the counter each customer does take them some time to deal with so you will be standing there for a bit so i recommend having an appointment so once they get to you they can get your car in right away. An hour was great though as it was plenty of time to also get some grocery shopping done as well as check out the Christmas stuff they have out already.”

“I took my car to Costco to have the tires rotated and balanced (with a tire inspection) on 4/25/2025. I knew upon booking that there was a big possibility that I needed new tires. I ended up purchasing 2 new tires since the back tires still had about 80% left while the front two were at just about 20%. Joe was awesome and was able to have everything done within an hours time. The tires look and feel great and now I have more peace of mind! I would 100% recommend this Costco Tire center (I actually drove past two other Costco Tire centers to come to this one specifically).”
