“After 4 hours of trouble shooting at a corporate store in San Antonio we went home with the problem not resolved. After 4 calls to At&T for tech support over phone which wasted 4 more hrs. of our time nothing resolved. Asked my daughter to bring me the phone so I could take it to the Pleasanton store to see if they could resolve the problem, she did and I took it in and with less than 20 minutes PROBLEM RESOLVED!!!
