“I took my nieces to buy them some school shoes, my experience at the store was a very pleasing experience. We were waited on rather quickly and the sales lady was helpful.. although she wasn’t very friendly but she did do her job.. and my nieces was happy with the shoes they picked so overall our visit was successful and pleasant.”
“Before someone believes a post about a store you need to remember there are to sides to every story....the last 7 post were all from the same group of people...they only told there side....we have developed good customer service over the past year and we strive to make customers come first in our store. With that said there are a few cases where no matter what we do our customers still aren't satisfied. “Karen was extremely helpful , very nice. Doesn't usually happen as in the Baytown store. I have walked in that store , walked around looked at Shirts , boots , belts and never approached by anyone. So I would rather travel one and a half hours away for Great Service .”
