We found our recliners had them delivered yesterday, September 9,2023. WE love them. The colors were perfect for our new look. So now a new Sofa lol. Pre approved and still held the process of signing contract up. Each time Tina or manager called asking status they needed something different without giving explanations. Three different trips back home retrieving information they requested and three hours later done (come close to walking ).This team at the Humble location rocks, the finance department is like a bags of rocks, throw the bag in the water….. sinking!”
