Great store. Huge variety of tools and good quality. Whatever tool you need, you find it at Harbor freight. Staff is friendly and helpful. They've always coupon and special offers. Harbor freight is the store to go for all your needs on tools, small or big. ?

The staff is Not friendly. My small things were not bagged. I had to bag my own stuff. Staff were not helpful when I inquired about coupons, a customer was telling me on my way out. The staff member was an older male working the register, who couldn't be bothered to help me in any kind of way. Shame on him.

I Have been at the store maybe five are six time. Biggest problem is there manager. I all was have problems with them and there system when checking out on my business taxes stuff.I go to Conroe,huntville and North Houston and have no problem with my taxes stuff they need to get there stuff together.
