“Let me tell you, finding a good auto detailer can feel impossible. But then I stumbled upon Dro's Auto Detail, and let me just say, Alejandro is a magician! This isn't your average car wash folks. This is the kind of detail that makes your car look like it just rolled off the showroom floor (or maybe even better!).Alejandro is a one-man crew, but don't let that fool you. He's incredibly meticulous and puts so much care into his work. It's clear he's passionate about what he does, and it shows in the finished product. My car was sparkling, inside and out. He even got rid of a mystery stain I thought would haunt me forever (thanks, kids!).The best part? Alejandro is super friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all my questions patiently. “Landon worked his magic on my 22’ Ram with paint correction and a 10yr ceramic coating. He made that white POP! I swear it’s a different shade of white now. He also took care of my interior, and made it look like it was brand new again.(Lots of dog hair….and maybe some leftover fries). I cannot recommend this man enough! He is an amazing detailer and an even better guy! He won’t steer you wrong!”

“We have been using Manny for about a year and a half now for my wife’s truck. The quality and detail he puts in is above all. I don’t drive my car much as I work from home, but I was definitely due for a good cleaning. He shows up early and will spend as much time is needed to get it perfect. My seats had a few stains and the back seats were covered in dog hair. When I tell you there wasn’t a spot or hair left in the car I meant it! WOW! “After washing my sisters car I noticed scratches on the hood. I went back the next day to see if the wash had caused it. Ramon and Carlos were so helpful, they even looked at the cameras to see what might’ve happened and called me back to update me. At the end, the scratches were already there and were just exposed with the wash, so not their fault. They never got defensive, they were always professional, understanding and kind! (It was my sisters car so I was panicking!) Ramon and especially Carlos are the best!!”

“I have taken my car here for years for oil changes and regular maintenance. Always great customer service and very friendly. I just learned from the owner yesterday that this is a privately owned business and they do all kinds of car repair. So I had them check out my ac while I was there as it recently stopped blowing cold air. They explained what I needed, showed me pics of the corrosion on the condenser and quoted me extremely reasonable pricing. AND I had my car back same day. Very satisfied customer here. Speak to the owners when you go in. They’ll take care of you. Thanks to all of you! I’ll be back.”
“11/11/23 - car inspection. My hubby and I didn’t wait long to be called. They had an outside lobby enough seatings to wait. Surprisingly the inspection was very fast. It was about a 10-15 min wait (seemed like). We got a free car wash as well to do inspection. The woman at the customer service desk was great as well. Thank you guys for the quick service.”
“What would you expect from a basic wash? I would expect almost nothing but what Zips delivers is helpful staff at check in, spotless wash, clean towels and spray to clean the inside and outside of your vehicle, powerful vacuums and convenient trash cans. Oh, and did I say helpful employees that ask if you need anything? There are other car washes for less. There are other car washes for more. But this is the one I keep going back to time and time again.”

“I have driven by this place about a thousand times and live close by, but I have never used the car wash. Finally, I needed it so I stopped and washed my vehicle after a long trip. I have seen some bad reviews for this car wash, but my best guess is that some people didn't press "stop" after they were done (see my pictures) and they were charged more than they used. It will automatically max you out at $15.00 when you use your card if you don't press "stop". This is a nice car wash to do it yourself. The equipment seems up to date and the place looks pretty well maintained. I will definitely be coming back when I need to wash my car myself.”
