“Every experience with Stonebriar Auto Service & Repair has always been amazing, after picking up a vehicle that immediately needed a new motor and not being able to get in touch with the repairman for several weeks I took my car to Stonebriar because of a funny noise they took a look at it and instantly n knew what the problem was and pulled car around to fix it and if that wasn’t enough stellar service they didn’t even charge needless to say it took away all my fear and stress I had been feeling for weeks not getting in touch with the other repair place. “Every single time I come here, I am amazed by their customer service (nice people with no pressure sales,) their speed, and the overall experience. I have been a regular here for the last several years since moving to McKinney. For my previous oil change I also had a recalled part on my odyssey, so I thought I would be more efficient by taking my car to the Honda dealership nearby. The dealership did not have the part needed for the recall, so I would need to come back BUT they could take care of my oil change. Great… literally two and half hours later it was completed. “I have taken my car here for years for oil changes and regular maintenance. Always great customer service and very friendly. I just learned from the owner yesterday that this is a privately owned business and they do all kinds of car repair. So I had them check out my ac while I was there as it recently stopped blowing cold air. They explained what I needed, showed me pics of the corrosion on the condenser and quoted me extremely reasonable pricing. AND I had my car back same day. Very satisfied customer here. Speak to the owners when you go in. They’ll take care of you. Thanks to all of you! I’ll be back.”
“11/11/23 - car inspection. My hubby and I didn’t wait long to be called. They had an outside lobby enough seatings to wait. Surprisingly the inspection was very fast. It was about a 10-15 min wait (seemed like). We got a free car wash as well to do inspection. The woman at the customer service desk was great as well. Thank you guys for the quick service.”
