Shanda is responsive, informative, helpful, polite and just amazing. All my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly! Had a hiccup with the dealership but Shanda immediately helped me to adjust. I can't even think of any constructive criticism for Shanda - she is definitely 6 out of 5 stars in my book!”

She was personable and thorough in her dealings with us. “Do NOT bank with Credit Union Of Texas, since banking with them they have continuously fired and re hired mass people and nobody absolutely nobody knows what they’re doing. They offer you a skip a pay for the HOLIDAYS send you a text tell you, you qualify and all the ENTIRE time it is as if you are actually doing you’re own skip a pay when THE BANK is giving it to you! And then after years of setting you up on this SCAM of a HOLIDAY SKIP A PAY they will then tell you, you have had too many you no longer qualify. Excuse me? You guys were the ones telling me in the beginning IT DOES NOT COUNT AGAINST YOU it’s a HOLIDAY skip a PAY. That’s like WALMART saying the SUGAR is FREE and then arresting you for taking what they offered! AND NOBODY CARES because it’s not their credit! THE BANK AND THE EMPLOYEES LIED and SCAMMED me for years and SET ME UP! I feel defeated and devastated and to make matters worst look at the message from the photo! DO NOT BANK with them or finance your car! Jared the District Manager does not care about the MEMBERS at all and to make matters worst I was continuously told since December 1st he would call and the issue would be resolved just for today on the 23rd during an ice Storm that they can’t acknowledge what they offer! Worst bank ever I suggest you go through Navy FCU or RBFCU much better financing and banking! Learn from ME! Very high turn over rate and all they do is LIE! I have reported them to the BBB and FTC nobody should get done nor treated the way I was treated! They continued to lie and not resolve the problem at all! The entire BANK is a FRAUD! 5 stars to warn YOU because nobody warned ME! And the banking part is even worst you’ll get an over draft fee because their system is not updated and process payments very very late! Go to a better bank and thank me LATER save yourself! And don’t even try to contact MEMBER SERVICES nobody knows what they’re doing! Remind you I’m not a new MEMBER I’ve been a MEMBER since 2019 and they DONT CARE RUN FAR AWAY from this BANK they will ruin your credit and your LIFE!”

She was efficient, saved me from closing an account, and even noticed my upcoming bday! This will be my location from now on! Thank you ma’am. “I really love Unify and have have been a member for about 6 years including in california but are there any plans to open more branches here in Texas i live in the DFW area and the closest branch is about an hour away in Frisco and I live in Mesquite”

“What a terrific place if you actually want help getting banking done. I never go into the branch of my big National Bank because they really can't help you with much. They really don't have any answers. They can't help you with personal finance or loans. It's really sad. RBFCU actually was able to help me with everything I needed. It was quite refreshing! They may be based out of San antonio, but they helped me right here. I'm now a member, and will consider moving more of my banking here.”

“Went to this branch before our cruise vacation to deposit cash and withdrawal small bills for tips.The staff was very friendly and helpful to make sure no rips were in the bills since other countries can be strict. We discussed lots of credit card travel tips as well.On another occasion at the branch, they helped us upgrade our savings account to earn more dividends which was great too!We've been rbfcu members for years now and it's great. Also the app is nice and easy to use.”
