Since the door was custom built, it took about five months, but Jim, the sales representative, was great to work with throughout the entire process. They kept me updated every month on the progress and when to expect completion, which I really appreciated.
The installation team was professional and did an excellent job. In my opinion, installation is the most important part, and they handled it perfectly.
If you’re looking for a top-quality door and professional service, this is the company to choose. You might pay a premium, but you absolutely get premium quality and service in return. Highly recommended.”

“Tyler is SO helpful at Lowe's Frisco off Preston. We described the issue we have regarding the bathroom vent. It was supposed to be a simple project. We spent quite a bit time at Lowe's competition at first but it took a lot of time to find people for help; once we found someone it took a lot of time again to see if a solution can be rendered. We should've just come to Lowe's because people here knows their craft. Tyler helped us right away along with Doug. Today, after a debacle with the delivery (set up through DoorDash by Home Depot), the delivery driver texted me and told me to cancel my order because it wouldn’t fit in his vehicle. I refused and told him to leave it at the store. I was already frustrated that Home Depot didn’t ensure a large enough vehicle was requested to pick up and deliver a very large, assembled (not in a box) 3-burner propane grill, as if any Dasher could pick it up and put it in their vehicle. Then I received untrue texts and emails from Home Depot, which only added to the confusion (really, Home Depot ?!?).
Despite being busy, Amy went above and beyond to coordinate everything so my son could come pick it up with his truck.
I hope someone who sees this recognizes Amy for who she is and what she does. I’ve interacted with her before in the store, and she is always absolutely wonderful!”

“This Lowes I consider to be "my" location. Today, I went to the flooring area to ask if my family room and master bedroom laminate flooring was under warranty. It's been three years, and I thought when I purchased it, Pergo had a guarantee and figured I'd check. The young lady working was as helpful as possible but could not find the sale but was determined to help. She said she would get someone who might be able to help. The second young lady found my sale, she printed sales details, and provided instructions on how to file the claim. The first lady's name was Rheagan, and the second was Valerie. Rheagan and Valerie were over-the-top professional, courteous, and friendly. Both liked their jobs.”
“I worked this store for three years. Store was awesome when Wallace was store manager. Then they hired this young asm oh he was a prick very arrogant and very selective if you catch my meaning. Then a new asm Brian I believe OHHHH BRIAN BRIAN BRIAN I KNOW WHAT YOU DID WHEN I LEFT THAT DAY. It’s okay since then the store went down hill. All I can say is I prayed about and Brian guess what you’ll be walked out pretty soon too. Everyone else is awesome MANAGEMENT JUST SEEKS RETALIATION A LOT.”
“I was recently in to return some tools for my company and everything was going smooth. Customer service was more than happy to help. I was told to get the tool that was warranted and bring it to them to exchange it. As I’m walking back to the front an older employee named Jose approached me and started to give me a hard time about the exchange. He stated he worked for customer service and started to ramble on how the tools should be exchanged. Seemed like he just wanted to complain and was trying to take his anger out on my co-workers and I. We found out later he lied about working in customer service and likes to do this often to customers. Thought it was weird but in the end customer service did an amazing job and we were able to get an exchange done. As for José do better and quit harassing customers with lies.”
