They are helpful, and some of them are incredibly knowledgable. I mean way over the top "in the know."Heck, last time I was there they even had someone helping people checkout at the Self Checkout registers. That was awesome!”

“This was my very first time purchasing a new living room couch from a store. (Previous purchase was a used couch just to get me started.)I was extremely nervous about the process and they could not have made it more simple!Chris is EXCEPTIONAL! Very easy going and laidback. Not a “pushy salesman” but extremely helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and what was important to me, ultimately leading me to the perfect sectional. Incredibly knowledgeable!I was truly surprised at how easy the financing process was and how quickly the transaction went. I was literally shocked when it was done and he said “you’re good to go!”Also, the team as a whole is AMAZING. Although I specifically worked with Chris, you could tell they are all great. Loved the energy and interaction between them.”

“I just recently was here with my husband to get some supplies and was testing out the crocodile ? wipes and set my phone down and left, got 35 minutes down the road when I realized that I didn't have my phone I kept trying to call the front to ask them to get my phone, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone but tracked my phone and it was showing it still there the nice man that was working I believe his name was Larry I'm not too sure, but drove back and sure enough he had my phone behind the desk safe already holding it for me mind u I'm 5 hrs away from home, so thank you ?”

“We called this location this afternoon to ask about some specific HVAC duct supplies and the person we spoke to (Conrad? I'm not sure of his name) was awesome. Very helpful and friendly, even knowing he didn't have what we needed. He checked inventory at their Plano store and we went there to make the purchase. It was one of the most helpful interactions I've ever had. The people in the Plano store were very helpful and friendly as well.”

“Friendly service from most members but few are abnoxious . One draw back - mostly on all home Depot. They combine the lines for Returns , Online Pickup Orders and payments. That's d*** as online pickup gets slower. I would rather come and quickly pick and pay self-service. Hope they change that”

“Most people would think that home depots are all the same but is not true, for example, I went to this location because I needed to fix or change my moen shower valve which would leak after closing, long story short I took pictures and showed them to 2 young guys that were together organizing at that home depot location, to my surprise they told me exactly what I needed to get, also a special tool that I needed ?and how to do it, really good tips and tricks that I really needed and worked well, this really 2 young guys that you'd expect to pull out a phone and investigate where the part was did exactly the opposite, the grab the parts for me quickly and gave me advice. Later at night I had to come back to get a locking pin that I had lost when installing and they were probably home. However, there was an older guy that showed me exactly where the locking pin was and gave me wonderful tips and tricks also, he knew what he was talking about. Excellent employees at this home depot. Thank you”

“I had to buy plywood and have it rough-cut to fit in my SUV. Brandon helped me and did a fantastic job. He was very thorough. I know it's only a rough cut with any box store, and I had no other expectations. Still, Brandon was extremely helpful and did a fantastic job.”

“As long as you don’t have the young onesbfind your chargers for you or you look carefully at what they bring you you’ll be fine.I had the experience of having young employees try to find my USC wires and they gave me wrong products.Best Buy was good about exchanging them back to what I needed.”
