“This UPS Store is by far the best place to go for Amazon returns and packing and shipping needs! I had trouble with an Amazon return on Amazon’s end and they gave me the number to call and visited with my toddler while I sat in the store on the phone with Amazon trying to sort it out. They also pull out a piece of candy for my toddler after asking my permission which makes my daughter LOVE going there. It’s one errand I don’t mind running with my infant and my toddler in tow! Love love love this UPS Store!”

“I've been going to this UPS location for 4 years and I have not once had a bad experience - even though the town growth has increased their workload. Everyone is kind, efficient, and helpful no matter the time of day I go in. Last night, I scanned in a package and needed the weight printed on a receipt for proof of shipment after an online sale to protect myself. Unfortunately, the receipt showed 0lbs on my way home and the store was closed when I realized it. BUT I was able to call first thing the next morning, intercept the package, and Andy provided an image of the package + the receipt with the weight on there. This courtesy did not inconvenience him and he went above and beyond what I expected when I called, thinking the package was long gone and if it happen to be lost or stolen, I was out a lot of money. Thank y'all for always providing trustworthy service and keeping the heart of Celina strong in every interaction.”
“I had a great experience at The UPS Store today. I went in to get a card laminated and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and friendly the staff was. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide range of supplies available. Definitely recommend this location if you're looking for reliable shipping services, notary help, or just need to get some documents printed or mailed. Great customer service and super convenient! “Experience was BEYOND. Coby and Addi were excellent being very helpful with my requests that got complicated as the time passed but they remained cool and calm. It was rush hour and Coby managed the flow of customers appropriately.
The staff member training was a GEM didn’t catch her name but she was excellent at articulating the expectations of her new trainees.”
“I arrived at 0930 without an appointment for TSA precheck, appointment was for two days later. Someone else arrived at the same time and had an appoint for 0940 but did not have the correct documents so they left. I was called back at 0942 and out of the door by 0948. Everyone I interacted with was courteous. Great experience.”

“We signed up to get the TSA PreCheck designation to make going through airport security faster. There were multiple places to choose from to go in to the interview portion of the process. I selected this Allen location to set up the appointment. We arrived about 10 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and signed in at the desk set up for that purpose. We were immediately called back. We presented our passports, entered our phone number and email address on the screen, put thumbs and then the other 4 fingers for both hands on the screen when prompted. The entire process for both of us was less than 5 minutes! Shari was very professional and proficient. In fact we noticed we were back in the car to leave at 11:30 - our appointment time!”
“This location of the UPS store is very convenient for me. I like that they have reasonably close parking and if the close parking is full there's lots of available parking nearby. They seem to be pretty fast at checkout compared to others. This may be in part because they have installed a quick self-service returns for Amazon packages and such, which is a more convenient setup than the one at whole foods in my opinion.”

“I am sharing this update to help inform others. This is not a typical UPS location. They are located INSIDE the Omni PGA Hotel near the conference rooms. They are mostly there to service the hotel and their guests.In order to access it, you have to pay for parking either self park or valet. Then there is a long treck from the lobby to find it. Prices are also different from a typical UPS store since it is inside a resort.Nice, clean store and good service, but there are more convenient locations nearby.”

Her name is Ashley. She is consistently over the top kind and her customer service is top tier. She deserves major recognition. “I've been a customer for this UPS store for several years. I only have high praises, fond memories and a great time with every employees at the newly renovated UPS store. The employees are professional, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The only UNPROFESSIONAL and NEGATIVE experience I have witness came from the customers not the employees. On several occasions myself and other customers had address an unruly and disrespectful customer.
Two weeks ago I was waiting in line, Ms. Bobbie and other employees were assisting customers. Ms. Bobbie asked me to wait a few minutes while they complete a large order. A regular customer walked in and stood in front of me. Ms. Bobbie told the customer I was next in line. The customer complained I wasn’t in line and I wasn’t ready. On her way out the door the customer started yelling, cussing and called us names. The staff remain calm and continue to help other customers.
What the irate customer @ Flor Puga didn’t know was EVERYONE HEARD YOU. WHAT you will know is….some customers mentioned your behavior was typical, predictable and you will post a negative review. #PREDICTBLE
My question for @ Flor Puga, If you are unhappy with their customer service, why do you continue to patronize this establishment? Moreover, your problem is lack of time management not UPS customer service.
I can’t imagine working at UPS, seeing over 100 customers a day and EXPECTED to remain calm and professional when customer are yelling, cussing and calling me names.
No matter where we go, we have to wait for someone or something. 80% of UPS customer are IN A HURRY ( including myself). We on our way to work, on lunch break or on our way home. Our lack of time management is not the UPS employees PROBLEM. If you are running late and don’t have time to wait…. Do NOT GO TO UPS ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK.
Instead of being disrespectful try managing your time better and give people who are in customer service GRACE like people give you grace at your place of employment.”
