“Visited the Frisco Stonebrook branch of T-Mobile when we switched from AT&T and had challenges in activating our phones. It was a tricky situation (the AT&T account number needed to make the switch was different from the one shown in the bill and the app) that took calls to multiple parties - Joziah was very patient and helped us even when the time ran beyond the store hours.
In general, I have been pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service T-Mobile has provided both on the phone and in store. I find the people I interacted with knowledgeable, competent, genuinely caring and overall very professional. AT&T's customer service is similar to what you find in most other places - impersonal, agents who don't seem to care and much less knowledgeable. I am glad I made the switch to T-Mobile.”

“This is my local 7-Eleven store I seriously just want to know when the last time the soda machine nozzles were cleaned. Every time I get a drink there's always an odor that comes off when it Fizzles. I've tested this at other stores and I don't get that fall odor. Bit it tastes fine i just wanna know what the smell is. Thank you”
