I dropped the vehicle off just after closing, and as I was walking away from the key drop box, the same gentleman who had helped me four days earlier was heading out for the day. To my surprise, he greeted me by name! I couldn’t believe he remembered—it really stood out. He even took a moment to ask how everything was with the car, which just reinforced how much they care about their customers.

“Diamond who works here is amazing. Shes extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She makes you want to keep using them instead of going somewhere else. She's very understanding and she was there to help me when a worker on the customer service line messed something up on my rental. She made sure to talk to them if she needed to to help explain the situation. I always hope shes there when we go in as we are repeat customers. However when we dropped off the vehicle last time the guy was there and hes very rude. He talks to you like you're beneath him and like you're stupid. If hes there if I do a walk in I will go somewhere else. He was rude to another customer as well when we picked up the vehicle. When asking a simple question he didnt even answer the question he just stated the prices of the car. Very rude and will not be going back when hes at the counter and diamond isn't there. There's other places to go if you aren't treated with respect.”

“We rented a vehicle from Enterprise Red Oak, Texas for 11 days (June 22–July 3), and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. As a wonderful surprise, they upgraded us to a Hyundai Palisade, which made our road trip even more enjoyable.
The vehicle was beautiful, comfortable, and performed exceptionally well throughout our trip. We drove several thousand miles without any issues.
The only minor challenge I had was with one of the vehicle’s features. My personal vehicle has an Auto Hold button that allows you to take your foot off the brake while stopped in traffic or in a drive-thru, and I couldn’t find that feature in the Palisade. As a result, the vehicle would lurch slightly when starting from a stop, which took some getting used to. That’s more of a vehicle design or familiarity issue than an Enterprise issue.
Overall, the customer service was outstanding, the rental process was smooth, and I would absolutely rent from this Enterprise location again. Thank you Bailey for helping make our vacation such a great experience! 🚙 🥰 💙🛣”
