“Truck went down there in Dallas they told me noon for shuttle service there on time I was going day by day they were booked but kept my room excellent customer service by Trini and barb rooms location great the shuttle wasn't available me and another trucker 2 different shops had to get going Trini drove both us get us moving again thanks again ladies!”

“Great customer service great breakfast staff was great i only had one issue i had made my reservation over to months ago for handicapped room because i have a above knee amputation and when i arrived this past Friday and got my room it was regular room i call front desk to let them know i was told they had no handicapped rooms available because they had over book rooms and they was canceling people reservation due to the overbooking”
“Was a pretty quiet night. The only complaint is that the sink in the bathroom was cracked. They didn’t bother replacing it. They just sealed some invisible stuff over it. The remote control was troublesome but eventually manageable.”

“This hotel is kept in good shape and the rooms are very clean and nice. The location is good, but the traffic noise from the interstate could be clearly heard in our room, but didn't seem to affect my sleep. The breakfast was good. The front desk attendants were very nice, but did cause some issues when they failed to add our daughter and her diabetic service dog to our room, after being asked twice to do so. Our daughter couldn't get a room key when she arrived since they failed to add her to our room. They also tried to charge us for having our daughter's service dog in the room.”

“So, to start with the person at the front desk was great. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is good as it's right off of one of the main roads. Now for the okay but not so great part. The hallways had an unpleasant odor. The room was clean but very dated. The lighting is pretty dim, and the water pressure is extremely low. No house cleaning was done during our stay. The air conditioner worked well. It definitely was not worth the price they charge to stay here.”

“Read carefully! If you want to stay off the radar and be inconspicuous, this place is good. It has the charm of any motel that is just there to house you temporarily. However, it is not the Hilton, Motel 6, or other premium service business models, so don't expect that here. The rooms are okayish, and the service is the same. The location is convenient for all your general needs. The residents or people you would expect are there. Mind your business, stay for as long as you need, pay, and leave.

“This hotel has an excellent service staff they are also super friendly. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. Half size fridge and a microwave. Cozy and comfortable at a very reasonable price. The hot water lasts a very long time. AC and heater works great. The beds are very comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a place for the night pour for a few days.”

“I stayed here a few years back and it was awful. It wasn’t clean and the beds were way too hard. I chose it this time due to location and price. I was pleasantly surprised with the changes. “Got a room for a few nights with my spouse. Host is very welcoming. Room is very nice. T.v fridge working perfectly. When others have been against pets we are able to have ours with us with no worries. Slept like a baby our first night. Would 100% recommend to others driving through.”
