We bought the car from another dealership and their only resolution was to make an appointment 10 days out. Not acceptable Hendricks VW! We called Hiley VW and the reaponse was put distilled water in it and we can see you in 6 days!!!! Thank you Alex for suggesting we bring it in and see if I could be worked in. I’d much rather drive an hour and wait a couple of hours to find out if I could possibly blow an engine. “I purchased the Catback exhaust for my MK6 GTI from these fellas and I’m not gonna lie I was on the fence at first. Hella glad I bought it after all because it’s a great exhaust for the price. Gives you the same raspy exhaust sounds as some of these other big name brands that cost $1k.I loved the fact that these guys are across the highway only 10min away because I picked it up same day i purchased online. Definitely looking forward to doing more business with HZ Motorsport!!!”
“I found the battery I was looking for on the NAPA online store. It was $199.00 plus $18 core charge. There was an offer for %20 off, and when I added it to my cart it gave me a code to copy and enter, which I did as I made the purchase and it showed available for pickup at a NAPA store down the street. After I bought it I looked at the ticket and realized the 20% discount had never been applied. I went back to the store I picked it up at. I called NAPA customer service and gave them the order number and explained what happened. Crystal from NAPA corporate told me it didn’t show the code was entered. Even though I followed all the prompts and had copied the code the online store gave me. She said well we can’t give the discount until we open an investigation. By this time I was getting irate because it’s a simple website glitch that should have been taken care of, I shouldn’t have to go through a bunch of red tape and wait for NAPA to decide if they want to honor the discount they offered. So I told them I will return the battery, and start a new order. That way we can make sure it works. She kept going back to “if you want to open an investigation we can do that” I don’t understand that kind of customer service. What I do want to point out is that as I was about to leave the store, go back and get my battery to return it, an employee came out of the NAPA store at 540 W. Arapaho in Richardson and said come back in, the manager will give you the 20% discount. For NAPA corporate, I hope you are taking notes on how to resolve a customer service issue. I will be a lifelong customer at this NAPA store. I will never again use the NAPA website and listen to someone repeat a script or some arbitrary policy when they should just say, sorry, let’s fix this issue.”

“Today all I had to do was call North Central Ford and they sent someone to my house to pick up my car and take it in for an oil change. During the oil change, they had several things they checked. It was very convenient and I loved that especially on these hot days. And they even washed my car, which was an extra special perk. And the representative was congenial and polite. Loved it!”

“Great service! I was on my way from Houston to Dallas when I stopped for a break. Truck would not restart and when I got it to it flashed warning messages. As it was now running went on and saw online they were open till 7. When I got there Shelton was very nice and clearly told me my options that he could do. His recommendation was to leave it overnight so the repair team that is there in the morning could do a full inspection. Great news was issue was minor and under warranty and was ready by 10. If I lived here this is where I would go for sure!”
