“Just happened to be in the Dallas area when I discovered Circuit Werks. I met the team at their warehouse and ordered a cat back system for my 981 Cayman delivered to my home in Ohio. Installation was pretty smooth and straightforward with no issues, and craftmanship and fit-up was well-executed. Pound for pound, it's a very competitive system that delivers great results. Very pleased with the product and the team at Circuit Werks. FYI - I did wrap the pipe sections in the wheel well next to the brake lines with insulation as a precaution.”

This place is the BEST.The owner did an amazing job in the fixing of my car, it looks better than it did when I first bought it. “The overpipe I bought was well made. It removes a bottleneck in the exhaust. The easiest way to remove the stock overpipe is to unbolt the engine mount and raise the engine. To install it raising the engine makes the installations breeze. Just raise it up 2 inches and the overpipe fits perfect.”

“I found the battery I was looking for on the NAPA online store. It was $199.00 plus $18 core charge. There was an offer for %20 off, and when I added it to my cart it gave me a code to copy and enter, which I did as I made the purchase and it showed available for pickup at a NAPA store down the street. After I bought it I looked at the ticket and realized the 20% discount had never been applied. I went back to the store I picked it up at. I called NAPA customer service and gave them the order number and explained what happened. Crystal from NAPA corporate told me it didn’t show the code was entered. Even though I followed all the prompts and had copied the code the online store gave me. She said well we can’t give the discount until we open an investigation. By this time I was getting irate because it’s a simple website glitch that should have been taken care of, I shouldn’t have to go through a bunch of red tape and wait for NAPA to decide if they want to honor the discount they offered. So I told them I will return the battery, and start a new order. That way we can make sure it works. She kept going back to “if you want to open an investigation we can do that” I don’t understand that kind of customer service. What I do want to point out is that as I was about to leave the store, go back and get my battery to return it, an employee came out of the NAPA store at 540 W. Arapaho in Richardson and said come back in, the manager will give you the 20% discount. For NAPA corporate, I hope you are taking notes on how to resolve a customer service issue. I will be a lifelong customer at this NAPA store. I will never again use the NAPA website and listen to someone repeat a script or some arbitrary policy when they should just say, sorry, let’s fix this issue.”

“Great service! I was on my way from Houston to Dallas when I stopped for a break. Truck would not restart and when I got it to it flashed warning messages. As it was now running went on and saw online they were open till 7. When I got there Shelton was very nice and clearly told me my options that he could do. His recommendation was to leave it overnight so the repair team that is there in the morning could do a full inspection. Great news was issue was minor and under warranty and was ready by 10. If I lived here this is where I would go for sure!”

“Overall, Reliable Chevy did a great job. Since this was an insurance claim, they handled everything according to the required specs and took care of coordinating directly with the insurance provider, which made the process very easy on my end. My only complaint is that I wish there had been a little more communication about the changes they were going to make. At times, I felt a bit out of the loop until the work was already completed. That said, in fairness to them, they handled everything with the insurance company without requiring much involvement from me. Overall, I’m happy with the work and appreciate how smoothly they handled the insurance process.”
