I finally pulled the trigger on a full exhaust system with Headers, 200 cell Cats and V2 Mufflers. I have been researching many of the competitors on the market that cost thousands more but couldn't justify spending that much money for my car. I appreciate that Mark the owner actually answers the phone and for me that goes a long way for customer service. He was very helpful on any questions I had and reassured me if anything was wrong or did not fit, I could send back for refund. Their quality I see on there Website looks great and hope to be impressed even more when everything arrives.
Once I get the system installed I will update my review with feedback and picks of the install so I have given 4 stars so far and hope to give 5 stars after all is complete.”

“Today all I had to do was call North Central Ford and they sent someone to my house to pick up my car and take it in for an oil change. During the oil change, they had several things they checked. It was very convenient and I loved that especially on these hot days. And they even washed my car, which was an extra special perk. And the representative was congenial and polite. Loved it!”

But I’ve gotta say that Darla and Trace here at Reliable took excellent care of my vehicle and the fellas in the back shop had me back on the road in weeks instead of months like I feared. Top notch group of folks over there. Can’t recommend them enough. Really validated my Chevy purchase for me since the truck was still basically new. “Great service! I was on my way from Houston to Dallas when I stopped for a break. Truck would not restart and when I got it to it flashed warning messages. As it was now running went on and saw online they were open till 7. When I got there Shelton was very nice and clearly told me my options that he could do. His recommendation was to leave it overnight so the repair team that is there in the morning could do a full inspection. Great news was issue was minor and under warranty and was ready by 10. If I lived here this is where I would go for sure!”
