Hailey at the front desk told me, “We can get your thermostat ordered, fixed, and back to you the same day,” and they delivered exactly that.
The entire team was efficient, friendly, and incredibly professional. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and the level of communication and care really stood out. It’s hard to find good, trustworthy independent car service these days, and Christensen is the real deal.

“High 5 tires, Been going there for years. They pretty much only do tires and inspection.
New and lots of great used tires.
Very honest and great group of guys.
Used larger SUV type tires are about $45 each mounted. A lot cheaper than buying new.
Because they dont do other mechanical repairs, they dont have any reason or incentive to push any other repairs.
If you fail inspection, Go get it fixed then come back.
I was never asked to pay for inspection till it passed.
TPMS tire pressure lights, and AC function is not required for inspection. Check engine light must be off, and OBDII emission monitors must be "Ready".

“Overall our experience was amazing frome the moment my wife and I arrived to the moment we left in a new vehicle. We were welcomed with hospitality from Iyad, Brian, Omar and Michael. The sales personell Omar was helpful, informative,and patient while we checked out vehicle makes and models. He was inquisitive of our wants and need in a vehicle that was right for us. His coworker Brian came by to introduce himself in and along with Omar they made a perfect suggestion for us. Like spot on as far as size color and other qualities we were looking for. After a test drive we knew the vehicle was the right one for us. The signing process done by Michael was efficient and surprisingly quick but informative and not rushed. The whole time we were there we didn't get the impression we were being pushed into something we didn't want by any of the staff. Everyone here gave a welcoming impression and was knowledgeable of their clients needs. I highly suggestion if your looking for a vehicle stop by this location and ask for any of the personell i mentioned they will take care of you I will definitely be back to this location for future purchases.”

“Fantastic customer service and work on my Ford hybrid. It needed both headlights replaced which, with this car, required removal of the front bumper (thanks Ford)!. Pictures were provided and quotes presented all along the scoping out of the issues & before repairs were completed. The AC wasn't working so that was another issue we worked through together. They called me & sent pictures about what they found & the required parts to fix it. I told them to go ahead; they secured the parts and got the AC back working! This family run shop is transparent, honest, and above all very auto knowledgeable. I've done business with NORTHRICH AUTOMOTIVE and Alex (owner) for 25+ years & honestly will never take my car anywhere else. They also have access to transportation to/fm NORTHRICH when I need it. Believe me, I've got 3 grown children now & at one time we were a 5 car family & we utilized Alex & company a lot more then than now but the service hasn't changed, it's gotten better, especially with Rochelle handling the front office!”
