“Quick service on state inspections. They don't try to upsell on air filters or whatever underhanded tactics the quik lube places do. Owner seemed like a nice guy. Place was a bit disheveled but I come for the service so not a huge deal for me as it may be for some. Hole in the wall vibe”

“Fast and reliable team. Shopped around DFW for reputable repair that accepts customer-supplied parts. J&A were able to install an aftermarket aluminum upgrade to engine cooling thermostat for almost half the price quoted me at local dealership (which would only do lower quality OEM parts of course). J&A also got it done same day after I dropped vehicle off early in the a.m. which is incredible considering avg length of job for my custom install typically takes at least 5 hrs. These guys are excellent and have expert tradesman technicians. Note also since they’re independent they prefer cash to clear the books quicker and less tax penalties, but they do accept major credit cards (no personal checks though!) 👍 🚘 ⭐”

“Overall our experience was amazing frome the moment my wife and I arrived to the moment we left in a new vehicle. We were welcomed with hospitality from Iyad, Brian, Omar and Michael. The sales personell Omar was helpful, informative,and patient while we checked out vehicle makes and models. He was inquisitive of our wants and need in a vehicle that was right for us. His coworker Brian came by to introduce himself in and along with Omar they made a perfect suggestion for us. Like spot on as far as size color and other qualities we were looking for. After a test drive we knew the vehicle was the right one for us. The signing process done by Michael was efficient and surprisingly quick but informative and not rushed. The whole time we were there we didn't get the impression we were being pushed into something we didn't want by any of the staff. Everyone here gave a welcoming impression and was knowledgeable of their clients needs. I highly suggestion if your looking for a vehicle stop by this location and ask for any of the personell i mentioned they will take care of you I will definitely be back to this location for future purchases.”
