“I thought I had a battery issue but the guys tested and found it to be the starter. They were extremely helpful, going above and beyond with friendliness and service. They answered all my questions to help me understand how to better care for my car. I'd highly recommend this location!”
“If they don't have it you don't need it. Sort of. I was referred to them years ago from a lamp store in Plano when they didn't have the light blub needed for end table. They had it and I went back again to get replacement blubs as needed. Latest need was interior light for kitchen appliance which mfg did not have. I called them and explained problem and they said text us photos of blub and we will check it out. A day or so later they called back with possible substitute but not the exact same blub. I passed on their suggestion as I want to get what the mfg uses. I appreciate the extra effort to serve a customer just not this time for a unique. I will keep them on the short list for the end table blubs.”
