“Dropped in to have a rock chip repaired expecting to pay for the repair but after they pulled me up in the system they informed me it would be no charge since they had replaced the windshield less than a year ago. They immediately took my car back to the shop and I was in and out in no time and the chip is barely noticeable and hopefully will not spread saving me further money. These folks are all super nice and respond to your needs as soon as you walk in.”
“First of all, Mr. Glass Actually has a phone number you can call and speak to a human being. This is rare. I called made an appointment took my car in and they changed the glass out. It was so simple! No hiccups. Customer service Is fantastic. And they did a great job. The glass actually looks better than the glass that was originally on the car! I highly recommend Mr. Glass.”

I didn’t want to lose my multiple CD system, and the technicians found that inserting a DVD into the slot reconnected my radio and CD player. “Dallas Dodge referred me over to Carstar Color build when Inquired if the dealership had collision repair services. They didn't but referred me to Carstar in Garland. I'm so glad I took my jeep there! The entire process was seamless! Mabi took great care of me and provided superb Communication and customer service. My Jeep is painted a pink pearl, and although the repair was minor, you would never know it was there! I highly recommend Carstar color build To anyone that needs paint and body work!! I was involved in a rear-end collision in my Chevrolet Equinox, but because of how transparent and quick she was with communication, I had almost zero stress. She kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and even coordinated with the rental car company so I had a car ready when needed. My vehicle was finished in just one week.

“As a woman, it is always stressful going to do anything for your car because there have been so many times that I've been screwed or attempted to be. This place was the complete opposite. 10/10 recommend Titan. The man that owns it is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and fair. I got into a little fender bender and I went to one location first that quoted me at almost $2,000. My car is old and probably only worth about $3,000 so I was not super thrilled. I went to Titan and they looked at it and said I only needed my fender replaced, not my bumper (which I agreed) like the other place said. They quoted me at $759. This was all I ended up paying. On top of this, he called enterprise and got me a huge discount on my rental car. Everyone that worked there was so kind and made great conversation with me as well. I felt like I was being looked after on top of my car getting taken care of. I hope I never have to use them again (no more accidents), but if I do need an autobody shop, I will 100% come back here and I recommend them to my friends/family.”

I told my cousin what happened and she told me that she would not take her car anywhere but Mr Car Shine! She met me there for an estimate so she could say hello to the owner and after reading the reviews prior to the visit I didn’t look any further. Anthony and Jeremy both did an excellent job with repairs on my 2021 Bronco and were both upfront and honest with which specific dents were and were not in scope of our contract (even inviting me into the shop to review myself while repairs were underway) since aluminum is more difficult to repair than steel. I got a quote quickly and easily from 1st Class and they didn’t nickel and dime me. There were no surprise upcharges when they arrived to do the work at my home unlike another company whose name rhymes with SafePlight. Javier was so nice, polite and professional. He did a great job and made sure I was happy with the work and didn’t have any questions.
