“I have been going to this location for over 20 years. I have always gotten great customer service. I am going to go ahead and be fair and give this location a five star. However, today when I went to pick up my pick up order, the young lady that came out to bring me my items did not come to the side of the car that was specifically put in the note, all she asked was what my code was. What was I supposed to have and threw the items in the car on the wrong side and just walked away did not say hello did not Even show any type of welcoming attitude did not say thank you.”

But now 5-30-24. I went in for one thing and walked out with one thing... It had just what I needed. Flippy Floppy. Not just any flip flops, main flip flops that can last forever. Well at least a couple of years. I get men's shoes, work shoes and flip flops because men are much rougher than females. If I got female flip flops they last only a month maybe.”

“They would have had 5 stars if it wasn't due the Hispanic employee that almost scalded me for taking her cart that she was using for clearance aisle and stocking. I'm disabled and picked up more items then I intended to. The aisles were a mess and looked as though everything was thrown. How was I to know that a cart with stuff in it in that section was an employees cart for working. Plus I'd been ok with her if it weren't for her dismissive attitude when asked a question on prices, told to go to front check out and ask but when it came to her losing hey cart she had no problem going to the front of the store to get me a cart for myself. All this communication with her was never felt as a valued customer. I felt as though I was an intrusive annoying customer. To the awesome young lady who checked me out when leaving the store, which was my 1st visit ever to this store, thank you for being kind and genuine, I may be a repeat
customer cuz of your great personality!”
